। ‘আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খিয়ানতকারী ও খিয়ানতকারীনীর সাক্ষ্য এবং নিজের ভাইয়ের সাথে শত্রুতা পোষণকারীর সাক্ষ্য প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছেন। তিনি কোন পরিবারের অধীনস্থ খাদেম ও আশ্রিত ব্যক্তির সাক্ষ্যও বর্জন করেছেন, তবে অন্যের পক্ষে তাদের সাক্ষ্য গ্রহণযোগ্য বলেছেন। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, গিম্র অর্থ হলো শত্রুতা, কানি‘ অর্থ আশ্রিতজন, অধীনস্থ, বিশেষ ভৃত্যের মতো।[1] হাসান।
Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority told that his grandfather said:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) rejected the testimony of a deceitful man and woman, of one who harbours rancour against his brother, and he rejected the testimony of one who is dependent on a family, and he allowed his testimony for other. Abu Dawud said: Ghimr means malice and enimity ; qani (dependant), a subordinate servant like a special servant
। খুরাইম ইবনু ফাতিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ফজরের সালাত আদায় করলেন। সালাত শেষে তিনি দাঁড়িয়ে তিনবার বললেনঃ মিথ্যা সাক্ষ্য দেয়া আল্লাহর সাথে শিরক করার সমতুল্য। অতঃপর তিনি কুরআনের আয়াত পড়লেনঃ ‘‘অতএব তোমরা মূর্তির কদর্যতা থেকে দূরে থাকো, মিথ্যা কথা পরিহার করো, একনিষ্ঠভাবে আল্লাহর বান্দা হয়ে যাও। তাঁর সাথে কাউকে শরীক করো না।’’ (সূরা হাজ্জঃ ৩০-৩১)।[1] দুর্বলঃ মিশকাত (৩৭৭৯)।
Narrated Khuraym Ibn Fatik:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) offered the morning prayer. When he finished it, he stood up and said three times: False witness has been made equivalent to attributing a partner to Allah. He then recited: "So avoid the abomination of idols and avoid speaking falsehood as people pure of faith to Allah, not associating anything with Him
। সুলাইমান ইবনু মূসা থেকে আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ)-এর মাধ্যমে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ খিয়ানাতকারী ও খিয়ানাতকারিনী, ব্যভিচারী ও ব্যভিচারীনী এবং কোন মুসলিম ভাইয়ের প্রতি হিংসা পোষণকারীর সাক্ষ্য বৈধ নয়।[1] হাসান।
The tradition mentioned above (No. 3593) has also been transmitted by Sulayman ibn Musa through a different chain of narrators. This version has:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The testimony of a deceitful man or woman, of an adulterer and adulteress, and of one who harbours rancour against his brother is not allowable
