। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ দুবর্তী পশু বন্ধক রাখা হলে তাকে খাদ্য খাওয়ানোর বিনিময়ে তার দুধ দোহন করা যাবে। আরোহণের পশু বন্ধক রাখা হলে তাকে ঘাস খাওয়ানোর বিনিময়ে তাতে আরোহণ করা যাবে। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আমাদের মতে হাদীসটি সহীহ।
Narrated Abu Hurairah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: The milk of milch camels may be drunk for payment when in pledge, and the animal may be ridden for payment when it is pledge; payment being made by the one who rides and the one who drinks. Abu Dawud said: In our opinion this is correct
। আশ-শা‘বী (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কোনো ব্যক্তি তার কোনো পশুকে ধ্বংস হয়ে যাওয়ার অবস্থায় পরিত্যাগ করলে যে ব্যক্তি এটাকে তুলে নিয়ে সেবা-যত্নের মাধ্যমে সুস্থ-সবল করে তুলবে সে-ই হবে এর মালিক।
Narrated ash-Sha'bi:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone leaves an animal at a place of perishing and another man brings it to life, it belongs to him who brings it to life
। ‘উমার ইবনুল খাত্তাব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহর বান্দাদের মাঝে এমন কিছু লোক আছে যারা নবী নন এবং শহীদও নয়। কিয়ামতের দিন মহান আল্লাহর দরবারে তাদের মর্যাদার কারণে নবীগণ ও শহীদগণ তাদের প্রতি ঈর্ষান্বিত হবেন। সাহাবীগণ বললেন, হে আল্লাহর আমাদের অবহিত করুন, তারা কারা? তিনি বলেন, তারা ঐ সব লোক যারা আল্লাহর মহানুভবতায় পরস্পরকে ভালোবাসে, অথচ তারা পরস্পর আত্মীয়ও নয় এবং পরস্পরকে সম্পদও দেয়নি। আল্লাহর শপথ! তাদের মুখমন্ডল যেমন নূর এবং তারা নূরের আসনে উপবেশন করবে। তারা ভীত হবে না, যখন মানুষ ভীত থাকবে। তারা দুশ্চিন্তায় পড়বে না, যখন মানুষ দুশ্চিন্তাগ্রস্ত থাকবে। তিনি এ আয়াত তিলাওয়াত করলেনঃ ‘‘জেনে রাখো! আল্লাহর বন্ধুদের কোনো ভয় নেই এবং তারা দুশ্চিন্তাগ্রস্ত হবে না।’’(সূরা ইউনুসঃ)
Narrated Umar ibn al-Khattab:
reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying: There are people from the servants of Allah who are neither prophets nor martyrs; the prophets and martyrs will envy them on the Day of Resurrection for their rank from Allah, the Most High. They (the people) asked: Tell us, Messenger of Allah, who are they? He replied: They are people who love one another for the spirit of Allah (i.e. the Qur'an), without having any mutual kinship and giving property to one. I swear by Allah, their faces will glow and they will be (sitting) in (pulpits of) light. They will have no fear (on the Day) when the people will have fear, and they will not grieve when the people will grieve. He then recited the following Qur'anic verse: "Behold! Verily for the friends of Allah there is no fear, nor shall they grieve
। আবান (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। ‘আমির আশ-শা‘বী (রহঃ) তার নিকট হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে পশুকে মালিক খাওয়াতে অক্ষম হয়ে স্বাধীনভাবে ছেড়ে দিলো। এখন যে ব্যক্তি পশুটি কুড়িয়ে নিয়ে সেবা-যত্ন করে সুস্থ-সবল করে তুলবে সেই হবে পশুটির মালিক। আবানের হাদীসে রয়েছেঃ ‘উবাইদুল্লাহ (রহঃ) ‘আমির আশ-শা‘বী (রহঃ)-কে জিজ্ঞেস করলেন, আপনি এ হাদীস কার থেকে শুনেছেন? তিনি বলেন, আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর একাধিক সাহাবীর কাছ থেকে শুনেছি। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, এটি হাম্মাদ বর্ণিত হাদীস এবং এটি অধিক স্পষ্ট ও পূর্ণাঙ্গ।
Narrated Amir ash-Sha'bi:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone finds an animal whose owners were helpless to provide fodder to it and so they turned it out (of their house), and he took it and looked after it, it will belong to him. Abu Dawud said: This is the tradition of Hammad. It is more plain and perfect
