حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ بَاعَ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ فَلَهُ أَوْكَسُهُمَا أَوِ الرِّبَا " .
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি একই দ্রব্য বিক্রয়ে দু’ রকম নিয়ম রাখে তাকে দু’ মূলের মধ্যে অপেক্ষাকৃত কম মূল্যই গ্রহণ করতে হবে, নতুবা তা হবে সুদ।
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone makes two transactions combined in one bargain, he should have the lesser of the two or it will involve usury
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ أَقَالَ مُسْلِمًا أَقَالَهُ اللَّهُ عَثْرَتَهُ " .
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি কোনো মুসলিমের (অনুরোধে তার) সাথে সম্পাদিত ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের চুক্তি বাতিল করবে আল্লাহ তার গুনাহ ক্ষমা করে দিবেন।
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone rescinds a sale with a Muslim, Allah will cancel his slip, on the Day of Resurrection
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছি, যখন তোমরা ঈনা[1] পদ্ধতিতে ব্যবসা করবে, গরুর লেজ আঁকড়ে ধরবে, কৃষিকাজেই সন্তুষ্ট থাকবে এবং জিহাদ ছেড়ে দিবে তখন আল্লাহ তোমাদের উপর লাঞ্ছনা ও অপমান চাপিয়ে দিবেন। তোমরা তোমাদের দ্বীনে ফিরে না আসা পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে এই অপমান থেকে মুক্তি দিবেন না।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
I heard the Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ) say: When you enter into the inah transaction, hold the tails of oxen, are pleased with agriculture, and give up conducting jihad (struggle in the way of Allah). Allah will make disgrace prevail over you, and will not withdraw it until you return to your original religion
। হাকীম ইবনু হিযাম (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ পরস্পর পৃথক হওয়ার পূর্ব পর্যন্ত ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতা উভয়ের জন্য (ক্রয়-বিক্রয় প্রত্যাখ্যান) অবকাশ থাকে। তারা সততার সাথে ক্রয়-বিক্রয় করলে এবং বিক্রিত মালের দোষ-ত্রুটির প্রকাশ করলে তাদের ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের বরকত হবে। আর তারা যদি মিথ্যার আশ্রয় নেয় এবং বিক্রিত বস্তুর দোষ গোপন করে তাহলে তাদের ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের বরকত দূর হয়ে যাবে। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, সাঈদ ইবনু আবূ ‘আরূবাহ ও হাম্মাদ এ হাদীসটি এভাবে বর্ণনা করেছেন। তবে হাম্মাদের বর্ণনায় রয়েছেঃ পরস্পর পৃথক না হওয়া পর্যন্ত ক্রেতা-বিক্রেতা উভয়ের জন্য অবকাশ থাকে। তিনি কথাটি তিনবার বলেন।
Narrated Hakim b. Hizam:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: Both parties in a business transaction have a right of option (to annul it) so long as they are not separated ; and if they tell the truth and make everything clear, they will be blessed in their transaction, but it they conceal anything and lie, the blessing on their transaction will be blotted out. Abu Dawud said: A similar tradition has also been transmitted by Sa'id b. Abi 'Arubah and Hammad. As regards with Hammam, he said in his version: Until they separate or exercise the right of option (to annul the transaction), saying the words of option three times
