। মু‘আবিয়াহ ইবনুল হাকাম আস-সুলামী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা আমি বলি, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমার একটি বাঁদী আছে। আমি তাকে জোরে থাপ্পড় মেরেছি। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে এটা কষ্টদায়ক মনে হলো। আমি বললাম, তাকে আযাদ করে দেই? তিনি বললেনঃ তাকে আমার কাছে নিয়ে এসো। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, আমি তাকে নিয়ে এলে তিনি তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলেনঃ আল্লাহ কোথায়? সে বলল, আকাশে। এরপর বললেন, আমি কে? সে বললো, আপনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম। তিনি আমাকে বললেনঃ তাকে আযাদ করে দাও, কারণ সে মু‘মিনা।
Narrated Mu'awiyah b. al-Hakam al-Sulami:
I said: Messenger of Allah, I have a slave girl whom I slapped. This grieved the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). I said to him: Should I not emancipate her? He said: Bring her to me. He said: Then I brought her. He asked: Where is Allah ? She replied: In the heaven. He said: Who am I ? She replied: You are the Messenger of Allah. He said: Emancipate her, she is a believer
। উমাইয়্যাহ ইবনু খালিদ (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, খালিদ আল-কাসরী গভর্ণর হয়ে সা‘-কে দ্বিগুণ করলেন। তাতে এক সা‘ ষোল রতলের সমান হয়। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ খাল্লাদকে নিগ্রোরা বন্দী করে হত্যা করে। তিনি তার হাতের ইশরায় বলেন, এভাবে। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) তার হাত প্রসারিত করেন এবং দু’ হাতের তালু মাটির দিকে উপুর করে বলেন, আমি তাকে স্বপ্নে দেখে জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, আল্লাহ আপনার সাথে কেমন ব্যবহার করেছেন? তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহ আমাকে জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করেছেন। আমি বললাম, তাহলে আপনার বন্দী অবস্থা আপনার অনিষ্ট করতে পারেনি।
Narrated Umayyah b. Khalid:
When Khalid al-Qasri was made ruler (of Hijaz and Kufah), he doubled the measure of sa'. The sa' then measured sixteen rotls. Abu Dawud said: Muhammad b. Muhammad b. Khattab was slain by Negroes in confinement. He said while signing with his hand: "in this way". Abu Dawud extended his hand and turned his palms towards earth and said: I saw him in the dream and asked him: How did Allah deal with you ? He replied: He admitted to Paradise. I said: Your detention did not harm you
। আশ-শারীদ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা তার মা তাকে একটি মু‘মিন বাঁদী আযাদ করতে তাকে ওসিয়াত করেন। তিনি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে বললেন, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমার মা তার পক্ষ থেকে একটি মু‘মিন কৃতদাসী আযাদ করতে আমাকে ওসিয়াত করেছেন। কিন্তু আমার কাছে নুবা এলাকার একটি হাবশী ক্রীতদাসী আছে। এরপর হাদীসের বাকী অংশ উপরের হাদীসের শেষাংশের অনুরূপ। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, খালিদ ইবনু ‘আব্দুল্লাহ এটি মুরসালভাবে বর্ণনা করেছেন এবং আশ-শারীদের নাম উল্লেখ করেননি।
Narrated Ash-Sharid ibn Suwayd ath-Thaqafi:
Sharid's mother left a will to emancipate a believing slave on her behalf. So he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: Messenger of Allah, my mother left a will that I should emancipate a believing slave for her, and I have a black Nubian slave-girl. He mentioned a tradition about the test of the girl. Abu Dawud said: Khalid b. 'Abd Allah narrated this tradition direct from the Prophet (ﷺ). He did not mention the name of al-Sharid
। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু খাল্লাদ আবূ ‘আমর (রহঃ) বলেন, ‘মাককূক খালিদ’ নামে আমাদের একটি মাক্কূক ছিলো। তা ছিলো হারূনুর রশীদের আমলের পরিমাপকের দ্বিগুণ। মুহাম্মাদ (রহঃ) বলেন, খালিদের সা‘ ছিলো হিশাম ইবনু মালিকের সা‘।

We had a makkuk which was called Makkuk Khalid. Its capacity was two measurements according to the measurements of Harun. The narrator said: The sa' of Khalid was the sa' of Hisham b. 'Abd al-Malik
