। উম্মু কুরয আল-কা‘বিয়্যাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ পুত্রের জন্য একই ধরণের দু’টি এবং কন্যার জন্য একটি বকরী ‘আক্বীকাহ করতে হয়। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, আমি ইমাম আহমাদকে বলতে শুনেছি, ‘মুতাকাফিয়ান অর্থ হলো সমবয়স্ক বা এর কাছাকাছি।
Narrated Umm Kurz al-Ka'biyyah:
I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: Two resembling sheep are to be sacrificed for a boy and one for a girl. AbuDawud said: I heard Ahmad (ibn Hanbal) say: The Arabic word mukafi'atani means equal (in age) or resembling each other
। ‘আয়িশাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদেরকে প্রতি পঞ্চাশটি বকরীতে একটি বকরী ‘আতীরাহ করতে আদেশ করেছেন। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, কতিপয় লোকের উক্তি হচ্ছে, ‘ফারা‘আ হলো উটের প্রথম বাচ্চা, যা জাহিলী যুগের লোকেরা তাদের দেবতাদের সন্তুষ্টির জন্য উৎসর্গ করতো। তারা এর গোশত খেতো এবং এর চামড়া গাছে ঝুলিয়ে রাখতো। ‘আতীরাহ হচ্ছে রজব মাসের প্রথম দশ দিনের কুরবানী।
Narrated 'Aishah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to sacrifice goat out of every fifty goats. Abu Dawud said: Fara' means the first baby camel born (to the Arabs). They used to sacrifice it for their idols, and then eat it, and its skin was thrown on a tree. 'Atira was a sacrifice made during the first ten days of Rajab
। উম্মু কুরয (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছিঃ তোমরা পাখিকে তার বাসায় নিরাপদে থাকতে দিবে। আমি তাঁকে এও বলতে শুনেছিঃ ‘আক্বীকাহ্ ছেলের পক্ষ থেকে দু’টি এবং মেয়ের পক্ষ থেকে একটি বকরী যবাহ করবে। আক্বীকাহ্ খাসী বা বকরী দ্বারা দেয়াতে কোনো অসুবিধা নেই।

I heard the Prophet (nay peace be upon him) say: Let the birds stay in their roosts. She said: I also heard him say: Two sheep are to be sacrificed for a boy and one for a girl, but it does you no harm whether they are male or female
