। আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কোনো কিছু বণ্টনের পারিশ্রমিক গ্রহণ থেকে বিরত থাকো। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, ‘আমরা এর তাৎপর্য সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বলেনঃ একটি নির্দিষ্ট জিনিসে বিভিন্ন লোকের অধিকার থাকতে পারে। (অথচ বণ্টনকারী বেশি পাওয়ার জন্য কারচুপি করে)। ফলে অন্যরা ভাগে কম পায়।
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Beware of the wages of a distributor of booty (qusamah). We asked: What is qusamah (wages of a distributor)? He said: It means a thing which is shared by the people, and then it is reduced
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হজ (হজ্জ) শেষে প্রত্যাবর্তন করে মদীনায় প্রবেশ করলেন। উষ্ট্রীকে মসজিদের দরজায় বসিয়ে তিনি তাঁর মসজিদে ঢুকে দু’ রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করলেন, অতঃপর নিজ বাড়িতে গেলেন। নাফি‘ (রহঃ) বলেন, ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ)-ও অনুরূপ করতেন।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) arrived from his hajj, he entered Medina, and made (his camel) kneel down at the gate of his mosque; and he entered it and offered two rak'ahs of prayer; he then returned to his home. Nafi' said: Ibn Umar also used to do so
। ‘আতা ইবনু ইয়াসার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সূত্রে অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন। তিনি বলেনঃ এমনও লোক রয়েছে, যারা জনসাধারণের বণ্টনকারী নিযুক্ত হয়ে এ ভাগ থেকে কিছু এবং ঐ ভাগ থেকে কিছু আত্মসাৎ করে থাকে।
Narrated Ata' ibn Yasar:
Ata' reported a similar tradition (to No 2777) from the Prophet (ﷺ). This version adds: a man is appointed on groups of people, and takes (wages) from the share of this, and from the share of this
। কা‘ব ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম দিনের বেলায় সফর থেকে ফিরতেন। হাসান বাসরী (রহঃ) বলেন, পূর্বাহ্নে ফিরতেন। কা‘ব (রাঃ) বলেন, তিনি সফর থেকে ফিরে প্রথমে মসজিদে এসে দু’ রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করার পর সেখানে বসতেন।
Ka’ab bin Malik said “The Prophet (ﷺ) used to arrive from a journey in the daytime. Al Hasan said “During the forenoon.” When he arrived from a journey he went first to the mosque where he prayed two rak’ahs after which he sat in it and gave audience to the people
