। ‘আমির ইবনু সা‘দ (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি (সা‘দ) বলেন, ‘আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাথে মক্কাহ্ থেকে মদীনার দিকে রওয়ানা হলাম। অতঃপর ‘আমরা ‘আযওয়ারা’ নামক স্থানের নিকটে পৌঁছলে তিনি বাহন থেকে নেমে আল্লাহর নিকট হাত তুলে কিছুক্ষণ দু‘আ করে সিজদায় লুটিয়ে পড়েন। তিনি অনেকক্ষণ সিজদায় থাকলেন। অতঃপর সিজদা থেকে উঠে পুনরায় মহান আল্লাহর কাছে হাত তুলে কিছুক্ষণ দু‘আ করে আবার সিজদায় গেলেন এবং অনেকক্ষণ সিজদায় থাকলেন। আবার উঠে দু’হাত তুলে দু‘আ করলেন এবং সিজদা করলেন। বর্ণনাকারী আহমাদ বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এরূপ তিনবার করলেন। অতঃপর রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বললেনঃ আমি আমার রবের নিকট আবেদন করেছি এবং আমার উম্মাতের জন্য সুপারিশ করেছি। আমাকে এক-তৃতীয়াংশ উম্মাতের জন্য শাফা‘আতের অনুমতি দেয়া হয়েছে। তাই কৃতজ্ঞতা স্বরূপ আমি সিজদাতে লুটিয়ে পড়েছি। আবার মাথা তুলে আমার রবের নিকট উম্মাতের জন্য আবেদন করেছি। তিনি আমাকে আমার উম্মাতের আরো এক-তৃতীয়াংশের জন্য শাফা‘আত করার অনুমতি দিলেন। আমি পুনরায় সিজদায় অবনত হয়ে প্রভুকে কৃতজ্ঞতা জানাই। আমি পুনরায় মাথা তুলে আমার মহান রবের নিকট উম্মাতের জন্য দু‘আ করি। তিনি আমাকে আরো এক তৃতীয়াংশ উম্মাতের জন্য শাফা‘আত করার অনুমতি দেন। আমি আমার প্রভুকে সিজদা্ করে শুকরিয়া জানাই। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, এ হাদীস বর্ণনার সময় আহমাদ ইবনু সালিহ আমাদের কাছে আশ‘আস ইবনু ইসহাকের নাম উল্লেখ না করেই মূসা ইবনু সাহল থেকে এ হাদীস বর্ণনা করেন।
Narrated Sa'd ibn AbuWaqqas:
We went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) from Mecca making for Medina. When we were near Azwara', he alighted, then raised his hands, and made supplication to Allah for a time, after which he prostrated himself, remaining a long time in prostration. Then he stood up and raised his hands for a time, after which he prostrated himself, remaining a long time in prostration. He then stood up and raised his hands for a time, after which he prostrated himself. Ahmad mentioned it three times. He then said: I begged my Lord and made intercession for my people, and He gave me a third of my people, so I prostrated myself in gratitude to my Lord. Then I raised my head and begged my Lord for my people, and He gave me a third of my people, so I prostrated myself in gratitude to my Lord. Then I raised my head and begged my Lord for my people and He gave me the remaining third, so I prostrated myself in gratitude to my Lord. Abu Dawud said: When Ahmad b. Salih narrated this tradition to us, he omitted the name of Ash'ath b. Ishaq, but Musa b. Sahl al-Ramli narrated it to us through him
। আবূ বাকরাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে কোনো খুশির খবর আসলে অথবা তিনি কোনো সুসংবাদ পেলে আল্লাহর কাছে শুকরিয়াস্বরূপ সিজদায় পড়ে যেতেন।
Narrated AbuBakrah:
When anything came to the Prophet (ﷺ) which caused pleasure (or, by which he was made glad), he prostrated himself in gratitude to Allah
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، وَمُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَكْرَهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ الرَّجُلُ أَهْلَهُ طُرُوقًا .
। জাবির ইবনু ‘আব্দুল্লাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কোনো ব্যক্তির সফর থেকে গভীর রাতে নিজ পরিবারের কাছে প্রত্যাবর্তন করা অপছন্দ করতেন।
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) disapproved that a man should come to his family during the night (after returning from a journey)
। কা‘ব ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সফর থেকে ফিরে এসে প্রথমে মসজিদে ঢুকতেন। তারপর দু’ রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করে লোকদের নিয়ে বসতেন। অতঃপর বর্ণনাকারী ইবনুস সারহ পুরো হাদীসটি বর্ণনা করেন। কা‘ব (রাঃ) বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের তিনজনের সাথে কথাবার্তা বলতে সবাইকে নিষেধ করলেন। এভাবে অনেক দিন অতিবাহিত হলো। একদিন আমি আমার চাচাতো ভাই আবূ কাতাদাহ (রাঃ)-এর বাগানের দেয়াল টপকে সেখানে ঢুকে তাকে সালাম করি। আল্লাহর শপথ! তিনি আমার সালামের উত্তর দেননি। অতঃপর পঞ্চাশ দিনের দিন সকালে আমি ঘরের ছাদের উপর ফজরের সালাত আদায় করলাম। এমন সময় শব্দ শুনতে পেলাম, এক ব্যক্তি চিৎকার দিয়ে বলছে, হে কা‘ব ইবনু মালিক! তোমার জন্য সুসংবাদ। অতঃপর ঐ সুসংবাদদাতা আমার কাছে আসলে আমি আমার দু’ খানা কাপড় খুলে তাকে পরিয়ে দিলাম। আমি উঠে সরাসরি মসজিদে নাববীতে গিয়ে উপস্থিত হয়ে দেখি, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বসে আছেন। তখন তালহা ইবনু ‘উবাইদুল্লাহ (রাঃ) দ্রুত আমার দিকে এসে আমার সাথে মুসাফাহা করলেন এবং আমাকে মোবারাকবাদ জানালেন।
Ka’ab bin Malik said “When the Prophet(ﷺ) arrived from a journey, he first went to a mosque where he prayed two rak’ahs after which he sat in it and gave audience to the people. The narrator Ibn Al Sarh then narrated the rest of the tradition. He said “The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) forbade the Muslims to speak to any three of us. When considerable time had passed on me, I ascended the wall of Abu Qatadah who was my cousin. I saluted him, but, I swear by Allaah he did not return my salutation. I then offered the dawn prayer on the fiftieth day on the roof of one of our houses. I then hear d a crier say “Ka’ab bin Mailk, have good news”. When the man whose voice I heard came to me giving me good news, I took off my garments and clothed him. I went on till I entered the mosque. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) was sitting there. Talhah bin ‘Ubaid Allaah stood up and hastened to me till he shook hands with me and greeted me
