। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাসঊদ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি (বদর) যুদ্ধের ময়দানে আবূ জাহলকে মাটিতে ধরাশায়ী দেখতে পেয়ে তার পায়ে আঘাত করে বললাম, হে আল্লাহর দুশমন! হে জাহল! অবশেষে আল্লাহ তোমাকে লাঞ্ছিত করলেন। তিনি বলেন, আমি এ সময় তাকে একটুও ভয় করিনি। সে বললো, আশ্চর্যের বিষয়, এক ব্যক্তিকে তার কওমের লোকেরাই হত্যা করলো। আমি তাকে তরবারি দিয়ে আঘাত হানলাম, কিন্তু কাজ হলো না। তবে তার হাত থেকে তার তরবারিটা পড়ে যায়। আমি তা তুলে নিয়ে তাকে পুনরায় আঘাত হানলে সে ঠান্ডা হয়ে যায় (মৃত্যু বরণ করে)।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud:
I passed when AbuJahl had fallen as his foot was struck (with the swords). I said: O enemy of Allah, AbuJahl, Allah has disgraced a man who was far away from His mercy. I did not fear him at that moment. He replied: It is most strange that a man has been killed by his people. I struck him with a blunt sword. But it did not work, and then his sword fell down from his hand, I struck him with it until he became dead
। রুয়াইফি ইবনু সাবিত আল-আনসারী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও আখিরাতের উপর ঈমান রাখে সে যেন মুসলিমদের ‘ফাই‘লব্ধ পশুর পিঠে সাওয়ার না হয়। সে সাওয়ারী হিসাবে ব্যবহার করে তাকে দুর্বল করে গানীমাতে ফেরত দেয় (এরূপ করা উচিত নয়)। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও আখিরাতের প্রতি ঈমান রাখে, সে যেন মুসলিমদের গানীমাতের পোশাক না পরে, এমন কি সে তা পুরাতন করে গানীমাতে ফেরত দেয় (এটা ঠিক নয়)।
Narrated Ruwayfi' ibn Thabit al-Ansari:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who believes in Allah and the Last Day must not ride on packhorse belonging to the booty of the Muslims and put it back when he has emaciated it; and he who believes in Allah and the Last Day must not wear a garment belonging to the booty of the Muslims and put it back when he made it threadbare
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، أَنَّ يَحْيَى بْنَ سَعِيدٍ، وَبِشْرَ بْنَ الْمُفَضَّلِ، حَدَّثَاهُمْ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْجُهَنِيِّ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم تُوُفِّيَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ فَذَكَرُوا ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " صَلُّوا عَلَى صَاحِبِكُمْ " . فَتَغَيَّرَتْ وُجُوهُ النَّاسِ لِذَلِكَ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ صَاحِبَكُمْ غَلَّ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ " . فَفَتَّشْنَا مَتَاعَهُ فَوَجَدْنَا خَرَزًا مِنْ خَرَزِ يَهُودَ لاَ يُسَاوِي دِرْهَمَيْنِ .
। যায়িদ ইবনু খালিদ আল-জুহানী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাহাবীদের একজন খায়বার যুদ্ধের দিন মারা যায়। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে খবর দেয়া হলে তিনি বললেনঃ তোমরা তোমাদের সাথীর জানাযা পড়ে নাও। তাঁর এ কথা শুনে লোকদের চেহারা (ভয়ে) পরিবর্তন হলো। তিনি বললেনঃ তোমাদের সাথী আল্লাহর পথে (গানীমাতের মাল) চুরি করেছে। ‘আমরা তার জিনিসপত্র অনুসন্ধান করে ইয়াহুদীদের ব্যবহৃত একটি পুঁতির মালা পাই, যার মূল্য দু’ দিরহামও নয়।
Narrated Zayd ibn Khalid al-Juhani:
A man from the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) died on the day of Khaybar. They mentioned the matter to the Messenger of Allah. He said: Offer prayer over your companion. When the faces of the people looked perplexed, he said: Your companion misappropriated booty in the path of Allah. We searched his belongings and found some Jewish beads not worth two dirhams
। ‘আব্দুর রাহমান ইবনু গানাম (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ‘আমরা শুরাহবীল ইবনুস সিমত (রাঃ)-এর নেতৃত্বে কিন্নাসরীন শহর অবরোধ করি। তা বিজিতি হলে সেখানে মেষ ও গরু গানীমাত হিসাবে লাভ হলো। তিনি এর একটি অংশ আমাদের মধ্যে বণ্টন করে বাকী অংশ গানীমাতের খাতে রেখে দিলেন। পরে আমি মু‘আয ইবনু জাবাল (রাঃ)-এর সাথে দেখা করে তার সঙ্গে এ বিষয়ে আলাপ করি। তিনি বললেন, ‘আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাথে খায়বারের যুদ্ধে যোগাযোগ করেছিলাম। সেখানে ‘আমরা কিছু মেষ পেলাম। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তার একটা অংশ আমাদের মাঝে বণ্টন করেন এবং বাকী অংশ গানীমাতের খাতে রেখে দেন।
Narrated Mu'adh ibn Jabal:
AbdurRahman ibn Ghanam said: We were stationed at the frontiers of the city of Qinnisrin with Shurahbil ibn as-Simt. When he conquered it, he got sheep and cows there. He distributed some of them amongst us, and deposited the rest of them in the spoils of war. I met Mu'adh ibn Jabal and mentioned it to him. Mu'adh said: we went on an expedition of Khaybar along with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and we got spoils there. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) divided them among us and placed the rest of them in the booty
