। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মুগাফফাল (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, খায়বার যুদ্ধের দিন চর্বিভর্তি একটি ব্যাগ পড়ে থাকতে দেখে আমি তা উঠিয়ে নিয়ে বললাম, এ চর্বি থেকে কাউকে একটুও দিবো না। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, দৃষ্টি ফিরিয়ে দেখি, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার দিকে তাকিয়ে মুচকি হাসছেন।
‘Abd Allaah bin Mughaffal said “On the day of Khaibar a skin of fat was hanging. I came to it and clung to it. I then said (i.e., thought) I shall not give any one any of it today. I then turned round and saw the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) smiling at me
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ جَيْشًا، غَنِمُوا فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم طَعَامًا وَعَسَلاً فَلَمْ يُؤْخَذْ مِنْهُمُ الْخُمُسُ .
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদল সৈনিক রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর যুগে গানীমাত হিসাবে কিছু খাদ্যশস্য ও মধু পায়। কিন্তু তার এক-পঞ্চমাংশ নেয়া হয়নি।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
In the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) an army got food and honey and a fifth was not taken from them
। আবূ লাবীদ (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ‘আমরা এক অভিযানে কাবুল নামক জায়গায় ‘আব্দুর রাহমান ইবনু মাসুরাহ (রাঃ)-এর সঙ্গী হই। গানীমাত সংগ্রহের সুযোগ এলে লোকেরা তা লুণ্ঠন করে নেয়। ‘আব্দুর রাহমান (রাঃ) দাঁড়িয়ে বললেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে ‘‘গানীমাত বণ্টনের পূর্বে তা থেকে কিছু নিতে নিষেধ করতে শুনেছি।’’ সুতরাং লোকেরা যা নিয়েছিল তা ফেরত দিলো। পরে তিনি সেগুলোকে তাদের মধ্যে বণ্টন করে দিলেন।
Narrated AbdurRahman ibn Samurah ibn Kabul:
AbuLabid said: We were with AbdurRahman ibn Samurah ibn Kabul. The people got booty and plundered it. He stood and addressed (the people): I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibiting getting property from the booty before its distribution. Therefore, they returned what they had taken, He then distributed it among them
। ‘আলী ইবনু আবূ তালিব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, হুদায়বিয়ার দিন সন্ধি করার পূর্বে মুশরিকদের কিছু গোলাম রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে পালিয়ে এলে তাদের মনিবরা তাঁকে চিঠি লিখে বললো, হে মুহাম্মাদ! আল্লাহর শপথ! এরা তোমার ধর্মের প্রতি আকৃষ্ট হয়ে তোমার নিকট আসেনি। তারা তাদের গোলামী থেকে পালিয়ে এসেছে। কতিপয় লোক বললো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! মনিবরা সত্যই বলেছে, এদেরকে তাদের নিকট ফিরিয়ে দিন। এতে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খুবই নারাজ হলেন এবং বললেনঃ হে কোরাইশরা! আমি দেখছি তোমরা অন্যায় থেকে বিরত হবে না, যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে এমন লোক না পাঠান যারা তোমাদের গর্দান উড়িয়ে দেয়। তিনি তাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে দিতে অস্বীকার করে বলেনঃ এরা মহান আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহে স্বাধীন।
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
Some slaves (of the unbelievers) went out to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on the day of al-Hudaybiyyah before treaty. Their masters wrote to him saying: O Muhammad, they have not gone out to you with an interest in your religion, but they have gone out to escape from slavery. Some people said: They have spoken the truth, Messenger of Allah, send them back to them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) became angry and said: I do not see your restraining yourself from this action), group of Quraysh, but that Allah send someone to you who strike your necks. He then refused to return them, and said: They are emancipated (slaves) of Allah, the Exalted
