حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَنْبَارِيُّ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، - الْمَعْنَى - قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ ذَهَبَ فَرَسٌ لَهُ فَأَخَذَهَا الْعَدُوُّ فَظَهَرَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ فِي زَمَنِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . وَأَبَقَ عَبْدٌ لَهُ فَلَحِقَ بِأَرْضِ الرُّومِ فَظَهَرَ عَلَيْهِمُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَرَدَّهُ عَلَيْهِ خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بَعْدَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, তার একটি ঘোড়া ছুটে গেলে তা দুশমনরা ধরে নিয়ে যায়। অতঃপর মুসলিমরা বিজয়ী হলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর যুগে তা পুনরায় তাকে ফেরত দেয়া হয়। (অপর বর্ণনায় রয়েছে) ইবনু ‘উমারের একটি গোলাম পালিয়ে রূম এলাকায় চলে যায়। মুসলিমরা রূমীয়দের বিরুদ্ধে বিজয়ী হলে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর পর খালিদ ইবনু ওয়ালীদ (রাঃ) গোলামটি পুনরায় তাকে ফিরিয়ে দেন।
Nafi said that a horse of Ibn ‘Umar went away and the enemy seized it. The Muslims overpowered them. Khalid bin Walid returned it to him after the Prophet (ﷺ)
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। ইবনু ‘উমারের একটি গোলাম পালিয়ে শত্রুবাহিনীতে চলে যায়। মুসলিম সেনাবাহিনী যুদ্ধে বিজয়ী হলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে ইবনু ‘উমারের নিকট ফেরত দেন, তাকে গানীমাত হিসাবে বন্টন করেননি। আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, তিনি ছাড়া অন্য বর্ণনাকারীরা বলেছেন, খালিদ ইবনু ওয়ালীদ (রাঃ) গোলামটি তাকে ফেরত দেন।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar:
Nafi' said that a slave of Ibn Umar ran away to the enemy, and then the Muslims overpowered them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) returned him to Ibn Umar and that was not distributed (as a part of booty). Abu Dawud said: The other narrators said: Khalid b. al-Walid returned him to him (Ibd 'Umar)
। ‘আলী ইবনু আবূ তালিব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, হুদায়বিয়ার দিন সন্ধি করার পূর্বে মুশরিকদের কিছু গোলাম রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে পালিয়ে এলে তাদের মনিবরা তাঁকে চিঠি লিখে বললো, হে মুহাম্মাদ! আল্লাহর শপথ! এরা তোমার ধর্মের প্রতি আকৃষ্ট হয়ে তোমার নিকট আসেনি। তারা তাদের গোলামী থেকে পালিয়ে এসেছে। কতিপয় লোক বললো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! মনিবরা সত্যই বলেছে, এদেরকে তাদের নিকট ফিরিয়ে দিন। এতে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খুবই নারাজ হলেন এবং বললেনঃ হে কোরাইশরা! আমি দেখছি তোমরা অন্যায় থেকে বিরত হবে না, যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আল্লাহ তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে এমন লোক না পাঠান যারা তোমাদের গর্দান উড়িয়ে দেয়। তিনি তাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে দিতে অস্বীকার করে বলেনঃ এরা মহান আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহে স্বাধীন।
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
Some slaves (of the unbelievers) went out to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) on the day of al-Hudaybiyyah before treaty. Their masters wrote to him saying: O Muhammad, they have not gone out to you with an interest in your religion, but they have gone out to escape from slavery. Some people said: They have spoken the truth, Messenger of Allah, send them back to them. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) became angry and said: I do not see your restraining yourself from this action), group of Quraysh, but that Allah send someone to you who strike your necks. He then refused to return them, and said: They are emancipated (slaves) of Allah, the Exalted
। ইয়াস ইবনু সালামাহ (রহঃ) থেকে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি (সালামাহ) বলেন, ‘আমরা আবূ বাকর (রাঃ)-এর সঙ্গে অভিযানে বের হওয়ার সময় রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাকে আমাদের সেনাপতি নিযুক্ত করেন। ‘আমরা ফাযারাহ গোত্রের বিরুদ্ধে হামলা করে তাদেরকে তছনছ করে দেই। অতঃপর আমি কিছু লোক দেখতে পাই, যাদের সাথে শিশু ও নারী ছিলো। আমি একটি তীর ছুঁড়লে সেটা তাদের এবং পাহাড়ের মাঝখানে গিয়ে পড়ে। এতে তারা দাঁড়িয়ে যায়। আমি তাদেরকে ধরে আবূ বাকরের কাছে নিয়ে আসি। তাদের মধ্যে ফাযারাহ গোত্রের এক মহিলা ছিলো। সে শুকনা চামড়া পরা ছিলো। তার কন্যাও তার সাথে ছিলো। ঐ কন্যাটি আরবের অন্যতম সুন্দরী। তার কন্যাকে আবূ বাকর (রাঃ) আমাকে (গানীমাত হিসাবে) প্রদান করেন। আমি মদীনায় ফিরে এলে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমার সাথে সাক্ষাৎ করে আমাকে বললেনঃ হে সালামাহ! কন্যাটি আমাকে উপহার দিয়ে দাও। আমি বললাম, আল্লাহর শপথ! তার সৌন্দর্য আমাকে হতবাক করেছে। আমি তার পোশাক খুলিনি। তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) নিশ্চুপ থাকলেন। পরের দিন সকালে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বাজারে আমার সাথে সাক্ষাত করলেন। তিনি আমাকে বললেনঃ হে সালামাহ! তুমি আল্লাহর ওয়াস্তে কন্যাটি আমাকে দিয়ে দাও। আমি বললাম, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আল্লাহর শপথ! আমি তার পোশাক খুলিনি। সে আপনার জন্যই। কন্যাটিকে তিনি মক্কাহ্বাসীদের কাছে পাঠিয়ে দিলেন। মক্কাবাসীদের হাতে কিছু মুসলিম বন্দী ছিলো। তাদের মুক্তির জন্য তিনি মেয়েটিকে বিনিময় হিসাবে মক্কায় ফেরত দিয়ে তাদেরকে মুক্ত করেন।
Salamah said “We went out (on an expedition) with Abu Bakr. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) appointed him commander over us. We attacked Fazarah and took them from all sides. I then saw a group of people which contained children and women. I shot an arrow towards them, but it fell between them and the mountain. They stood; I brought them to Abu Bakr. There was among them a woman of Fazarah. She wore a skin over her and her daughter who was the most beautiful of the Arabs was with her. Abu Bakr gave her daughter to me as a reward. I came back to Madeenah. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) met me and said to me “Give me the woman, Salamah. I said to him, I swear by Allaah, she is to my liking and I have not yet untied he garment. He kept silence, and when the next day came the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) met me in the market and said to me “Give me the woman, Salamah, by Allaah, your father. I said the Apostle of Allaah, I have not yet untied her garment. I swear by Allaah, she is now yours. He sent her to the people of Makkah who had (some Muslims) prisoners in their hands. They released them for this woman
