। ইবনু জুরাইজ (রাঃ) বলেন, (আল্লাহর বাণী) ‘‘হে বিশ্বাসীগণ! তোমরা আল্লাহর আনুগত্য করো, রাসূলের আনুগত্য করো এবং তোমাদের নেতৃবৃন্দের প্রতিও।’’[সূরা আন-নিসাঃ আয়াত ৫৯] নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু কায়িস ইবনু ‘আদী (রাঃ)-কে একটি অভিযানে ক্ষুদ্র বাহিনীর সেনাপতি করে পাঠান। এ সময় ‘আব্দুল্লাহকে উপলক্ষ করে এ আয়াত অবতীর্ণ হয়।
Ibn Juraij said “O ye who believe, Obey Allaah and obey the Apostle and those charged with authority amongst you.” This verse was revealed about ‘Abd Allaah bin Qais bin ‘Adi whom the Prophet (ﷺ) sent along with a detachment. Ya’la narrated it to me from Sa’id bin Jubair on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কেউ যেন মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া মালিকের পশুর দুধ দোহন না করে। তোমাদের কেউ কি পছন্দ করবে যে, কেউ তার গুদাম ঘরে ঢুকে তা ভেঙ্গে তার খাদ্যদ্রব্য লুটপাট করুক? বস্তুর লোকদের পশুর স্তনসমূহে তাদের খাবার সঞ্চিত থাকে। কাজেই মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া কেউ তার পশুর দুধ দোহন করবে না।
‘Abd Allah bin Umar reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying “One should not milk the cattle of anyone without his permission. Does anyone of you like that any one approaches his corn cell and its storage is broken and then the corn scatters away? Likewise, the teats of their Cattle store their food. Therefore none of you should milk the cattle of anyone without his permission.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ زُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، - رضى الله عنه - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بَعَثَ جَيْشًا وَأَمَّرَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَجُلاً وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَسْمَعُوا لَهُ وَيُطِيعُوا فَأَجَّجَ نَارًا وَأَمَرَهُمْ أَنْ يَقْتَحِمُوا فِيهَا فَأَبَى قَوْمٌ أَنْ يَدْخُلُوهَا وَقَالُوا إِنَّمَا فَرَرْنَا مِنَ النَّارِ وَأَرَادَ قَوْمٌ أَنْ يَدْخُلُوهَا فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " لَوْ دَخَلُوهَا - أَوْ دَخَلُوا فِيهَا - لَمْ يَزَالُوا فِيهَا " . وَقَالَ " لاَ طَاعَةَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللَّهِ إِنَّمَا الطَّاعَةُ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ " .
। ‘আলী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একটি সেনাদল প্রেরণ করলেন এবং একজনকে এর সেনাপতি বানিয়ে তাদেরকে সেনাপতির কথা শোনার ও আনুগত্য করার নির্দেশ দিলেন। অতঃপর ঐ সেনাপতি আগুন জ্বালিয়ে তাদেরকে তাতে ঝাঁপ দেয়ার নির্দেশ দিলেন। একদল লোক তাতে ঝাঁপ দিতে অস্বীকার করে বললো, ‘আমরা তো আগুন থেকেই পালিয়েছি (জাহান্নামের আগুন থেকে বাঁচার জন্যই ইসলাম কবূল করেছি)। আবার কিছু লোক আগুনে ঝাঁপ দেয়ার মনস্থ করলো। বিষয়টি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কানে পৌঁছলে তিনি বললেনঃ তারা যদি আগুনে ঝাঁপ দিতো তাহলে চিরস্থায়ী জাহান্নামী হয়ে যেতো। তিনি আরো বললেনঃ আল্লাহর অবাধ্যতায় কারোর আনুগত্য নেই। আনুগত্য কেবল সৎ কাজে।
‘Ali (Allaah be pleased with him) said “The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) sent an army and appointed a man as a commander for them and he commanded them to listen to him and obey. He kindled fire and ordered them to jump into it. A group refused to enter into it and said “We escaped from the fire; a group intended to enter into it. When the Prophet (ﷺ) was informed about it, he said “Had they entered into it, they would have remained into it. There is no obedience in matters involving disobedience to Allaah. Obedience is in matters which are good and universally recognized
। আবূ রাফি’ ইবনু ‘আমর আল-গিফারী (রহঃ)-এর চাচার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি (চাচা) বলেন, আমি বালক বয়সে আনসারদের খেজুর গাছে ঢিল ছুঁড়ে মারতাম। একদা আমাকে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট ধরে নিয়ে আসা হলে তিনি বললেনঃ হে বালক! তুমি খেজুর গাছে ঢিল ছুঁড়ো কেন? সে বললো, খেজুর খাওয়ার জন্য। তিনি বললেনঃ ঢিল ছুঁড়ে খেজুর পেড়ো না, বরং গাছতলায় পড়ে থাকা খেজুর খাও। অতঃপর তিনি তার মাথায় হাত বুলিয়ে বললেনঃ হে আল্লাহ! এর পেট ভরে দিন, একে পরিতৃপ্ত করুন।

I was a boy. I used to throw stones at the palm-trees of the Ansar. So I was brought to the Prophet (ﷺ) who said: O boy, why do you throw stones at the palm-trees? I said: eat (dates). He said: Do not throw stones at the palm trees, but eat what falls beneath them. He then wiped his head and said: O Allah, fill his belly
