। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। লি‘আনের আয়াত অবতীর্ণ হলে তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছেনঃ যে মহিলা কোনো বংশের মধ্যে (এমন সন্তান) প্রবেশ করালো যার সাথে তাদের কোনো সম্পর্ক নেই সে মহিলা আল্লাহর অনুগ্রহ থেকে বঞ্চিত হবে এবং আল্লাহ তাকে কখনো জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করাবেন না। আর যে পুরুষ নিজ সন্তানকে অস্বীকার করে, অথচ বাচ্চা তার মমতার আকাঙ্ক্ষা করে, মহান আল্লাহও তার থেকে আড়ালে থাকবেন এবং কিয়ামতের দিন পূর্বাপর সকল মানুষের সামনে তাকে অপমানিত করবেন।[1] দুর্বলঃ যঈফ আল-জামি‘উস সাগীর (২২২১), যঈফ সুনান ইবনু মাজাহ (৬০১), মিশকাত (৩৩১৬)। যঈফ সুনান নাসায়ী (২২৯/৩৪৮১)।
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
AbuHurayrah heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say when the verse about invoking curses came down: Any woman who brings to her family one who does not belong to it has nothing to do with Allah (i.e. expects no mercy from Allah), and Allah will not bring her into His Paradise. Allah, the Exalted, will veil Himself from any man who disowns his child when he looks at him, and disgrace him in the presence of all creatures, first and last
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ أَعْرَابِيًّا، أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنَّ امْرَأَتِي وَلَدَتْ غُلاَمًا أَسْوَدَ وَإِنِّي أُنْكِرُهُ . فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ .
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এক বেদুঈন এসে বললো, আমার স্ত্রী একটি কালো সন্তান প্রসব করেছে, আমি তা অস্বীকার করি। বর্ণনাকারী পূর্বোক্ত হাদীদের অনুরূপ অর্থে বর্ণনা করেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated AbuHurayrah:
A bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ), and said: My wife has given birth to a black son, and I disown him. He then narrated the rest of the tradition to the same effect
। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ ইসলামে ব্যভিচারের সুযোগ নেই। যারা জাহিলিয়াতের যুগে ব্যভিচারে লিপ্ত হয়েছে এবং এর ফলে যে সন্তান জন্মগ্রহণ করেছে, ঐ সন্তান যিনাকারীর সাথে সম্পৃক্ত হবে। আর যে ব্যক্তি যিনার সন্তানকে নিজের সন্তান বলে দাবী করবে, সে তার ওয়ারিস হবে না এবং উক্ত সন্তানও তার ওয়ারিস হবে না।[1] দুর্বলঃ যঈফ আল-জামি‘উস সাগীর (৬৩১০)।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no prostitution in Islam. If anyone practised prostitution in pre-Islamic times, the child will be attributed to the master (of the slave-woman). He who claims his child without a valid marriage or ownership will neither inherit nor be inherited
। যুহরী (রহ.) থেকে এই সনদে উক্ত হাদীসের অনুরূপ বিষয়বস্তুসহ বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেনঃ তখন লোকটি ইঙ্গিতে সন্তানকে অস্বীকার করেছে।[1] সহীহ।
The tradition mentioned above has also been narrated by Al Zuhri through a different chain of narrators to the same effect. This version adds “At that time he was hinting at disowning the child.”
