। হিশাম ইবনু ‘উরওয়াহ (রহ.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। খাওলাহ ছিলেন আওস ইবনুস সামিতের স্ত্রী। আর আওস (রাযি.) সঙ্গমে অধিক সক্ষম ব্যক্তি ছিলেন। এক সময় তার এ আসক্তি বৃদ্ধি পেলে তিনি তার স্ত্রীর সাথে ‘যিহার’ করেন। এই প্রসঙ্গে মহান শক্তিশালী আল্লাহ যিহারের কাফফারাহ সম্পর্কিত আয়াত অবতীর্ণ করলেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Hisham b. 'Urwah:
Khawlah was the wife of Aws ibn as-Samit; he was a man immensely given to sexual intercourse. When his desire for intercourse was intensified, he made his wife like his mother's back. So Allah, the Exalted, sent down Qur'anic verses relating to expiation for zihar
। ইকরিমা (রহ.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। এক ব্যক্তি তার স্ত্রীর সাথে যিহার করে তার কাফফারাহ আদায়ের আগেই সহবাসে লিপ্ত হয়। সে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট এসে তাঁকে বিষয়টি অবতি করলো। তিনি তাকে জিজ্ঞেস করলেনঃ কিসে তোমাকে এ কাজে উদ্বুদ্ধ করেছে? সে বললো, চাঁদের আলোয় আমি তার দুই ঊরুর সৌন্দর্য দেখে। তিনি বললেনঃ তোমার যিহারের কাফফারাহ আদায় না করা পর্যন্ত তার থেকে দূরে থাকো।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Ikrimah:
A man made his wife like the back of his mother. He then had intercourse with her before he atoned for it. He came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and informed him of this matter. He asked (him): What moved you to the action you have committed? He replied: I saw the whiteness of her shins in moon light. He said: Keep away from her until you expiate for your deed
। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু ওয়াযীর আল-মিসরী থেকে ‘উবাদাহ ইবনুস সামিতের ভাই আওস (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণনা করেন যে, ষাটজন মিসকীনকে খাওয়ানোর জন্য রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ঐ ব্যক্তিকে পনের সা‘ যব দিলেন। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) বলেন, বর্ণনাকারী ‘আতা‘র সাথে আওসের সাক্ষাৎ ঘটেনি। কারণ ‘আওস’ (রাযি.) বদরী সাহাবী, তিনি অনেক আগেই মারা গেছেন। সুতরাং হাদীসটি মুরসাল।[1] সহীহ।
Abu Dawud said “I recited to Muhammad bin Wazir Al Misri and said to him Bishr bin Bakr narrated it to you and Al Auza’i narrated it to us. And he said “At’a narrated it to us on the authority of Aus brother of ‘Ubadah bin Al Samit. The Prophet (ﷺ) gave him fifteen sa’s of wheat to feed sixty poor people. Abu Dawud said At’a did not meet Aws (bin Al Samit) who was one of the people of Badr and died in the early days of Islam.
