। আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। এক ব্যক্তি এসে বললো, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আমার একটি দাসী আছে, আমি তার সাথে ‘আযল’ করে থাকি। আমি তার গর্ভবতী হওয়া পছন্দ করি না। আর আমি তাই (সঙ্গম) ইচ্ছা রাখি যা অন্যান্য পুরুষেরা (দাসীর সাথে) ইচ্ছা রাখে। ইয়াহুদীরা বলে থাকে, ‘আযল’ নাকি গোপন হত্যা। তার কথা শুনে তিনি বললেনঃ ইয়াহুদীরা মিথ্যা বলেছে। যদি মহান আল্লাহ কোনো প্রাণীকে সৃষ্টি করা নির্ধারিত করেন তবে তা রোধ করার ক্ষমতা তোমার নেই।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated AbuSa'id al-Khudri:
A man said: Messenger of Allah, I have a slave-girl and I withdraw the penis from her (while having intercourse), and I dislike that she becomes pregnant. I intend (by intercourse) what the men intend by it. The Jews say that withdrawing the penis (azl) is burying the living girls on a small scale. He (the Prophet) said: The Jews told a lie. If Allah intends to create it, you cannot turn it away
। আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট ‘আযল’ সম্পর্কে আলোচনা করা হলে তিনি বলেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ এরূপ কেন করে থাকো? কিন্তু তিনি এ কথা বলেননি যে, তোমাদের কেউ এরূপ করবে না। কেননা যে প্রাণ দুনিয়াতে সৃষ্টি হওয়ার জন্য নির্ধারিত, আল্লাহ তা সৃষ্টি করবেনই।[1] সহীহ।
Abu Sa’id reported “The people mentioned about withdrawing the penis before the Prophet (ﷺ). He said “Why one of you does so? He did not say “One of you should not do so”. Every soul that is to be born, Allaah will create it. Abu Dawud said “Qaza’ah is a client of Ziyad”
। ইবনু মুহায়রিয (রহ.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি মসজিদে প্রবেশ করে সেখানে আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাযি.)-কে দেখতে পেয়ে তাঁর কাছে গিয়ে বসি এবং তাকে ‘আযল’ সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করি। আবূ সাঈদ (রাযি.) বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাথে বনু মুসতালিকের যুদ্ধাভিযানে বের হই। তখন আমাদের হাতে কিছু মহিলা বন্দী হয়। ঐ সময় আমরা স্ত্রীদের থেকে দূরে অবস্থান করায় নারী বন্দীদের প্রতি আমাদের আকাঙ্ক্ষা বৃদ্ধি পায়। অতঃপর আমরা তাদেরকে অধিকমূল্যে বিক্রি করার ইচ্ছায় তাদের সাথে আযল করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিলাম। আমরা ভাবলাম, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের মাঝেই আছেন। কাজেই তাকে কিছু জিজ্ঞেস না করে আযল করা উচিত হবে না। সুতরাং আমরা এ বিষয়ে তাঁকে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বলেনঃ তোমরা এরূপ না করলে কি ক্ষতি? কেননা কিয়ামত পর্যন্ত যারা সৃষ্টি হবে বলে নির্ধারিত তারা তো জন্মাবেই।[1] সহীহ।
Muhairiz said “I entered the mosque and saw Abu Sa’id Al Khudri . I sat with him and asked about withdrawing the penis (while having intercourse). Abu Sa’id said We went out with the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) on the expedition to Banu Al Mustaliq and took some Arab women captive and we desired the women for we were suffering from the absence of our wives and we wanted ransom, so we intended to withdraw the penis (while having intercourse with the slave women). But we asked ourselves “can we draw the penis when the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) is among us before asking him about it? So we asked him about it. He said “it does not matter if you do not do it, for very soul that is to be born up to the Day of Resurrection will be born.”
। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, যদি কেউ হায়িয অবস্থায় স্ত্রীসহবাস করে তবে তাকে এক দীনার এবং যদি রক্তস্রাব না থাকাকালীন সময়ে সহবাস করে তবে অর্ধ দীনার সাদাকাহ করবে।[1] সহীহ মাওকূফ। এটি গত হয়েছে হা/২৬৫।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
If a man has sexual intercourse (with menstruating woman) during her bleeding, he should give one dinar as sadaqah, and if he does so when bleeding has stopped, he should give half a dinar as sadaqah
