। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাযি.) নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সূত্রে ঐ ব্যক্তি সম্পর্কিত বর্ণিত, যে হায়িয অবস্থায় স্ত্রীর সাথে সঙ্গম করেছে। তিনি বলেনঃ সে এক অথবা অর্ধ দীনার সাদাকাহ করবে।[1] সহীহ। এটি গত হয়েছে হা/২৬৪।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said about a man who has sexual intercourse with a menstruating woman: He should give one or half dinar as sadaqah
। মায়মূনাহ বিনতুল হারিস (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাঁর কোনো ঋতুবতী স্ত্রীর সাথে একত্রে থাকতে চাইলে, তাকে ইযার শক্তভাবে বেঁধে পরিধান করার নির্দেশ দিতেন, অতঃপর তার সাথে ঘুমাতেন।[1] সহীহ।
Maimunah daughter of Al Harith said “When the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) intended to associate and lie with any of his wives who was menstruating, he ordered her to wrap up the lower garment(loin-cloth) and then he had association with her
। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, যদি কেউ হায়িয অবস্থায় স্ত্রীসহবাস করে তবে তাকে এক দীনার এবং যদি রক্তস্রাব না থাকাকালীন সময়ে সহবাস করে তবে অর্ধ দীনার সাদাকাহ করবে।[1] সহীহ মাওকূফ। এটি গত হয়েছে হা/২৬৫।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
If a man has sexual intercourse (with menstruating woman) during her bleeding, he should give one dinar as sadaqah, and if he does so when bleeding has stopped, he should give half a dinar as sadaqah
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ صُبْحٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ خِلاَسًا الْهَجَرِيَّ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - تَقُولُ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ، صلى الله عليه وسلم نَبِيتُ فِي الشِّعَارِ الْوَاحِدِ وَأَنَا حَائِضٌ طَامِثٌ فَإِنْ أَصَابَهُ مِنِّي شَىْءٌ غَسَلَ مَكَانَهُ وَلَمْ يَعْدُهُ وَإِنْ أَصَابَ - تَعْنِي ثَوْبَهُ - مِنْهُ شَىْءٌ غَسَلَ مَكَانَهُ وَلَمْ يَعْدُهُ وَصَلَّى فِيهِ .
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, হায়িয অবস্থায় আমি এবং রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম একই কম্বলে রাত কাটাতাম। আমার দেহের রক্ত তাঁর দেহে লাগলে তিনি শুধু ঐ স্থানটি ধুয়ে নিতেন। আর যদি রক্তের কিছু তাঁর কাপড়ে লাগতো তখনও তিনি শুধু তাই ধুয়ে নিতেন এবং সেই কাপড় পরেই সালাত আদায় করতেন।[1] সহীহ। এটি গত হয়েছে হা/২৬৯।
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
I and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to lie in one cloth at night while I was menstruating. If anything from me smeared him, he washed the same place (that was smeared), and did not wash beyond it. If anything from him smeared his clothe, he washed the same place and did not wash beyond that, and prayed with it (i.e. the clothe)
