। আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহ.) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কোনো নারীকে বিয়ের পূর্বে মোহরানা বা দান হিসেবে কিংবা অন্য কোনো প্রকারে পাত্রের পক্ষ থেকে কিছু দেয়া হলে তা ঐ স্ত্রীলোকটির জন্যই। আর বিয়ের পরে যা কিছু দেয়া হবে সেটা তার যাকে তা দেয়া হয়েছে। আর বিয়ে উপলক্ষে কেউ নিজ কন্যা বা বোনকে কিছু দিলে সেটা অধিক সম্মানজনক।[1] দুর্বলঃ যঈফ আল-জামি‘উস সাগীর (২২২৯), যঈফ সুনান ইবনু মাজাহ (৪২৪/১৯৫৫), যঈফ সুনান নাসায়ী (২১৪/৩৩৫৩)।
Amr b. Shu'aib on his father's authority said that his grandfather reported The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:A woman who marries on a dower or a reward or a promise before the solemnisation of marriage is entitled to it; and whatever is fixed for her after solemnisation of marriage belongs to whom it is given. A man is more entitled to receive a thing given as a gift on account of his daughter or sister (than other kinds of gifts)
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাকে আদেশ দিলেন, আমি যেন জনৈকা মহিলাকে (স্বামীর পক্ষ থেকে) কিছু প্রদানের আগেই সহবাসের অনুমতি দেই। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) বলেন, খায়সামাহ (রহ.) ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) থেকে হাদীস শুনেননি।[1] দুর্বলঃ যঈফ ইবনু মাজাহ (৪৩৩)।
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commanded me to send a woman to her husband before he gave something to her. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Khaithamah did not hear (any tradition) from 'Aishah
When the Prophet (ﷺ) congratulated a man on his marriage, he said: May Allah bless for you, and may He bless on you, and combine both of you in good (works)
