حَدَّثَنِي الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ رَبِيعَةَ - عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَعْنَاهُ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ جَعْفَرٌ لَمْ يَسْمَعْ مِنَ الزُّهْرِيِّ كَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ .
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে উপরোক্ত হাদীসের অর্থানুরূপ বর্ণনা করেছেন। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) বলেন, জা‘ফার সরাসরি যুহরী (রহ.) থেকে শুনেননি, বরং যুহরী তাকে লিখে পাঠিয়েছেন।[1] আমি এটি সহীহ এবং যঈফেও পাইনি।
This tradition has also been transmitted by A’ishah through a different chain of narrators from the Prophet (ﷺ) to the same effect. Abu Dawud said “Ja’far did not hear any tradition from Al Zuhri. Al Zuhri gave him his writing.”
। ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কোনো নারী তার অভিভাবকের অনুমতি ছাড়া বিয়ে করলে তার সে বিয়ে বাতিল। তিনি একথাটি তিনবার বলেছেন। আর সে যদি তার সাথে সহবাস করে, তাহলে এজন্য তাকে মোহর দিবে। যদি উভয় পক্ষের (অভিভাবকদের) মধ্যে মতবিরোধ দেখা দেয়, তাহলে শাসক হবেন তার অভিভাবক। কারণ যাদের অভিভাবক নাই তার অভিভাবক শাসক।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The marriage of a woman who marries without the consent of her guardians is void. (He said these words) three times. If there is cohabitation, she gets her dower for the intercourse her husband has had. If there is a dispute, the sultan (man in authority) is the guardian of one who has none
। আবূ মূসা (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ অভিভাবক ছাড়া কোনো বিয়েই হতে পারে না। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) বলেন, হাদীসটির সনদ হলোঃ ইউনুস আবূ বুরদাহ থেকে, আর ইসরাঈল আবূ ইসহাক থেকে আবূ বুরদাহ সূত্রে।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Abu Musa:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: There is no marriage without the permission of a guardian. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Yunus also transmitted on the authority of Abu Burdah, and Isra'il narrated from Abu Ishaq on the authority of Abu Burdah
। জাবির ইবনু আব্দুল্লাহ (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমাদের কেউ যখন কোনো নারীকে বিবাহের প্রস্তাব দিবে তখন সম্ভব হলে তার এমন কিছু যেন দেখে নেয় যা তাকে বিবাহে উৎসাহিত করে। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, আমি একটি মেয়েকে বিয়ের প্রস্তাব দেবার পর তাকে দেখার আকাঙ্ক্ষা অন্তরে গোপন রেখেছিলাম। অতঃপর আমি তার মাঝে এমন কিছু দেখি যা আমাকে তাকে বিয়ে করতে আকৃষ্ট করলো। অতঃপর আমি তাকে বিয়ে করি।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When one of you asked a woman in marriage, if he is able to look at what will induce him to marry her, he should do so. He (Jabir) said: I asked a girl in marriage, I used to look at her secretly, until I looked at what induced me to marry her. I, therefore, married her
