। ‘আলী (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে আল্লাহর কুরআন এবং তাঁর এ সহীফার মধ্যে যা লিখিত আছে তা ব্যতীত অন্য কিছু লিপিবদ্ধ করিনি। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ মদীনা ‘আয়ের’ থেকে ‘সাওর’ পর্যন্ত হারাম এলাকা। এখানে যদি কেউ বিদ‘আত করে কিংবা বিদ‘আতীকে আশ্রয় দেয়, তবে তার উপর আল্লাহ, সকল ফিরিশতা ও মানবকুলের অভিশাপ। তার কোনো ফরয বা নফল ইবাদাত আল্লাহর দরবারে কবুল হবে না। তিনি আরো বলেছেনঃ সকল মুসলিমের নিরাপত্তা বিধান সমান গুরুত্বপূর্ণ, এমনকি একজন সাধারণ ব্যক্তির নিরাপত্তাও। সুতরাং যে ব্যক্তি কোনো মুসলিমের প্রদত্ত নিরাপত্তায় বিঘ্ন ঘটাবে তার উপর আল্লাহ, সকল ফিরিশতা ও মানবকুলের অভিশাপ। তার কোনো ফরয বা নফল ‘ইবাদাত আল্লাহর দরবারে কবুল হবে না। আর যে ব্যক্তি কোনো কাওমের লোকদের অনুমতি ছাড়াই তাদের নেতা হয় তার উপর আল্লাহ, সকল ফিরিশতা ও মানবকুলের অভিশাপ। তার কোনো ফরয বা নফল ‘ইবাদাত আল্লাহর দরবারে কবুল হবে না।[1] সহীহ।
‘Ali said “We wrote down nothing on the authority of the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) but the Qur’an and what this document contains.”. He reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying “ Madeenah is sacred from A’ir to Thawr so if anyone produces an innovation (in it) or gives protection to an innovator the curse of Allaah, angels and all men will fall upon him and no repentance or ransom will be accepted from him. The protection granted by Muslim is one (even if) the humblest of them grants it. So if anyone breaks a covenant made by a Muslim the curse of Allaah, angels and all men will fall upon him and no repentance or ransom will be accepted from him. If anyone attributes his manumission to people without the permission of his masters the curse of Allaah, angels and all men will fall upon him and no repentance or ransom will be accepted from him
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلَى ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ مَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ وَمَسْجِدِي هَذَا وَالْمَسْجِدِ الأَقْصَى " .
। আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তিনটি মাসজিদ ব্যতীত অন্য কোথাও সফরের প্রস্তুতি নেয়া যাবে না। মাসজিদুল হারাম, আমার এই মাসজিদ এবং মাসজিদুল আকসা।[1] সহীহ।
Abu Hurairah reported the Prophet (ﷺ) as saying “Journey should not be made(to visit any masjid) except towards three masjids:The sacred masjid(of Makkah), this masjid of mine and Al Aqsa masjid(in Jerusalem)
। ‘আলী (রাযি.) থেকে পূর্বোক্ত হাদীসের ঘটনা প্রসংগে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ (মদীনার) সবুজ ঘাস কাটা যাবে না, শিকার তাড়ানো যাবে না এবং পড়ে থাকা বস্তু উঠানো যাবে না। তবে ঘোষক ঘোষণার উদ্দেশ্যে তা তুলতে পারবে। কেউ সেখানে যুদ্ধের উদ্দেশ্যে কোনো হাতিয়ার নিয়ে যেতে পারবে না এবং সেখানকার কোনো বৃক্ষও কাটা যাবে না, তবে কেউ তার উটের খাদ্য সংগ্রহ করলে তা ভিন্ন কথা।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Its (Medina's) fresh grass is not to be cut, its game is not to be driven away, and things dropped in it are to be picked up by one who publicly announces it, and it is not permissible for any man to carry weapons in it for fighting, and it is not advisable that its trees are cut except what a man cuts for the fodder of his camel
। যুবায়র (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, যখন আমরা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর সাথে ‘লিয়্যা’ নামক স্থান থেকে আস-সিদরাহ নামক জায়গাতে পৌঁছলাম তখন রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম কালো পাথরের পাহাড়ের সামনে এসে দাঁড়িয়ে তায়েফের দিকে দৃষ্টিপাত করলেন। বর্ণনাকারী বলেছেন, তিনি (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) উপত্যকায় থামলেন এবং সকল লোকেরাও থামলো। অতঃপর তিনি বললেনঃ ‘সাইদু ওয়াজ্জ’ ও ‘ইযাহা’ কাঁটাবিশিষ্ট বৃক্ষের এলাকাটি আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে হারাম। এ ঘটনা তাঁর তায়েফ অভিযান ও বনু সাক্বীফকে অবরোধ করার পূর্বেকার।[1] দুর্বলঃ যঈফ আল-জামি‘উস সাগীর (১৮৭৫), মিশকাত (২৭৪৯)।
Narrated Az-Zubayr:
When we came along with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) from Liyyah and we were beside the lote tree, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) stopped at the end of al-Qarn al-Aswad opposite to it. He then looked at Nakhb or at its valley. He stopped and all the people stopped. He then said: The game of Wajj and its thorny trees are unlawful made unlawful for Allah. This was before he alighted at at-Ta'if and its fortress for Thaqif
