। কুরাইব (রহ.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা তিনি উসামাহ ইবনু যায়িদ (রাযি.)-কে জিজ্ঞেস করেন, যে দিন সন্ধ্যায় আপনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর পিছনে আরোহণ করে ফিরছিলেন, তখন আপনারা কি করছিলেন? তিনি বললেন, আমরা ঐ পাহাড়ী পথে যাই যেখানে রাত যাপনের জন্য লোকেরা অবতরণ করে। সেখানে পৌঁছে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম তাঁর উষ্ট্রী বসিয়ে পেশাব করলেন। বর্ণনাকারী এখানে পানি প্রবাহের কথা বলেননি। অতঃপর উযুর পানি চাইলেন, তিনি হালকাভাবে উযু করলেন। আমি জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, হে আল্লাহর রাসূল! আপনি কি সালাত আদায় করবেন? তিনি বললেনঃ সালাত সামনে গিয়ে (পড়বো)। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, অতঃপর তিনি সওয়ারীতে চড়ে মুযদালিফায় আসেন এবং ইকামাত হলে মাগরিবের সালাত আদায় করেন। এদিকে লোকেরা উটের পিঠ থেকে মালপত্র না নামিয়েই তাদের উটগুলো নিজ নিজ তাঁবুতে বসিয়ে দিলেন। এরপর ইকামাত দিয়ে ‘ইশার সালাত আদায় করলেন। অতঃপর লোকেরা তাদের উটের পিঠের মালপত্র নামালো। মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু কাসীর তার হাদীসে বৃদ্ধি করেছেন যে, আমি (কুয়াইব) জিজ্ঞেস করলাম, পরবর্তী সকালে আপনার কি করেছেন? উসামাহ বলেন, আজ ফাদল তাঁর বাহনের পেছণে চড়লেন এবং আমি কুরাইশদের অগ্রগামী দলটির সাথে পায়ে হেঁটে রওয়ানা হলাম।[1] সহীহ।
Ibrahim bin ’Uqabah said “Kuraib told me that he asked Umamah bin Zaid saying tell me how you did in the evening when you rode behind the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ). He said “We came to the valley where the people make their Camels kneel down to take rest at night.” The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) made his she Camel kneel down and he then urinated. He then called for water for ablution and performed the ablution but he did not perform minutely (but performed lightly). I asked Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ), prayer? He replied “Prayer ahead of you”. He then mounted (the Camel) till we came to Al Muzadalifah. There iqamah for the sunset prayer was called. The people then made their Camels kneel down at their places. The Camels were not unloaded as yet, iqamah for the night prayers was called and he prayed. The people then unloaded the Camels. The narrator Muhammad added in his version of the tradition How did you do when the morning came? He replied Al Fadl rode behind him and I walked on foot among the people of the Quraish who went ahead
। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম ধীরস্থিরভাবে প্রশান্ত অবস্থায় আরাফা থেকে ফিরে আসেন। তাঁর সওয়ারীর পেছনে বসা ছিলেন ‘উসামাহ (রাযি.)। তিনি লোকদেরকে বললেনঃ হে লোক সকল! ধীরস্থিরভাবে চলো! কেননা ঘোড়া ও উটকে দ্রুত চালনার মধ্যে কোনো কল্যাণ নেই। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, আমি ঘোড়া ও উটগুলোকে তাদের দুই হাত (অর্থাৎ সামনের দুই পা) তুলে দ্রুত চলতে দেখিনি। এভাবে তিনি মুযদালিফায় আসলেন। ওয়াহব ইবনু বায়ানের বর্ণনায় রয়েছেঃ পথিমধ্যে তিনি ফাদল ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাযি.)-কে সওয়ারীর পিছনে বসিয়ে নিলেন। এখানেও তিনি বললেনঃ হে লোকসকল! ঘোড়া ও উটকে দ্রুত চালনার মধ্যে কোনো কল্যাণ নেই। কাজেই তোমরা ধীরস্থিরভাবে চলো। বর্ণনাকারী বলেন, এখানেও আমি পশুগুলোকে তাদের হাত (পা) তুলে দ্রুত চলতে দেখিনি। এভাবেই তিনি মিনায় পৌঁছেন।[1] সহীহ।
Ibn ‘Abbas said The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) returned from ‘Arafah preserving a quiet demeanor and he took Usamah up behind him (on the Camel). He said “O people preserve a quiet demeanor for piety does not consist in exciting the Horses and the Camels (i.e., in driving them quickly).” He (Ibn ‘Abbas) said “Thereafter I did not see them raising their hands running quickly till he came to Al Muzdalifah.” The narrator Wahb added He took Al Fadl bin ‘Abbas up behind him (on the Camel) and said O people piety does not consist in exciting the Horses and the Camels (i.e., in driving them quickly), you must preserve a quiet demeanor”. He (Ibn ‘Abbas) said “Thereafter I did not see them raising their hands till he came to Mina.”
। ‘আলী (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, অতঃপর তিনি উসামাহকে বাহনের পেছনে বসিয়ে মধ্যম গতিতে উষ্ট্রী চালিয়ে গেলেন। এ সময় লোকেরা তাদের উটকে ডানে-বামে মারধর কর হাঁকিয়ে নিয়ে যাচ্ছিল। কিন্তু তিনি তাদের দিকে ভ্রুক্ষেপ না করে বলতে লাগলেনঃ শান্ত গতিতে চলো হে লোকেরা! অতঃপর সূর্য ডুবার পরই তিনি আরাফা থেকে প্রত্যাবর্তন করেন।[1] হাসান, তার এ কথাটি বাদেঃ ‘তিনি ভ্রুক্ষেপ করলেন না।’ মাহফূয হলোঃ তিনি লক্ষ্য করলেন।’ ইমাম তিরমিযী একে সহীহ বলেছেন।
Narrated Ali ibn AbuTalib:
The Prophet then took up Usamah behind him (on the camel), and drove the camel at a quick pace. The people were beating their camels right and left, but he did not pay attention to them; he was saying: O people, preserve a quiet demeanour. He proceeded (from Arafat) when the sun had set
। ইয়াযীদ ইবনু শাইবান (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, ইবনু মিরবা‘ আল-আনসারী (রাযি.) আমাদের কাছে আসলেন, তখন আমরা আরাফার এই স্থানে অবস্থান করছিলাম। আমর বলেন, তাদের অবস্থা স্থলটি ইমামের থেকে কিছু দূরে ছিলো। তিনি এসে বললেন, আমি তোমাদের কাছে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর একজন দূত। তিনি তোমাদের জন্য ফরমান দিয়েছেন, তোমরা তোমাদের নির্দিষ্ট স্থানগুলোতে অবস্থান গ্রহণ করো কারন তোমরা ইবরাহীম (আঃ)-এর উত্তরাধিকারী ও বংশধর।[1] সহীহ।
Yazid ibn Shayban said:We were in a place of stationing at Arafat which Amr (ibn Abdullah) thought was very far away from where the imam was stationing, when Ibn Mirba' al-Ansari came to us and told (us): I am a messenger for you from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). He tells you: Station where you are performing your devotions for you are an heir to the heritage of Abraham
