। ‘আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব (রহঃ) হতে এই সানাদে পূর্বোক্ত হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণিত। এতে আরো রয়েছেঃ পথহারা বকরী তোমার জন্য অথবা তোমার ভাইয়ের জন্য অথবা বাঘের জন্য। অতএব তা ধরে রাখো। বর্ণনাকারী আইয়ূব, ইয়া‘কূব ইবনু ‘আত্বা, ‘আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব হতে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সূত্রে অনুরূপ বর্ণনা করেছেন যে, তুমি তা ধরে রাখো।[1] ইবনু ‘আমরের হাদীস-হাসান।
The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by ‘Amr bin Shu’aib through a different chain of narrators. This version has:He said about the stray sheep: You, your brother or the wolf may have them. Do take it. A similar version has been transmitted by Ayyub and Ya’qub bin `Ata from `Amr bin Shu’aid from the Propher (SWAS). He said : then take it

The above mentioned tradition has also been transmitted by ‘Amr bin Shu’aib through a different chain of narrators. This version adds:regarding the stray sheep he said : “Take it”
। ‘আমর ইবনু শু‘আইব হতে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও দাদার সূত্রে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম হতে পূর্বোক্ত হাদীসের অনুরূপ বর্ণিত। তিনি পথহারা বকরী সম্পর্কে বলেন, তুমি তা নিজের হিফাযাতে রেখে দাও, এর মালিক ফিরে আসা পর্যন্ত।[1] হাসান।
The above mentioned tradition has also been narrated by ‘Amr bin Shu’aib from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet (SWAS) to the same effect. This version has:regarding the stray sheep he said: Take it (and keep it with you) till its seeker comes to it
। ‘আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু ‘আমর ইবনুল ‘আস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে গাছে ঝুলে থাকা ফল সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হলে তিনি বলেনঃ কেউ যদি তা নিরূপায় (অভাবী) হয়ে খায় এবং তা লুকিয়ে না নেয় তাহলে তার জন্য দোষণীয় নয়। আর যে ব্যক্তি এর বিপরীত করবে (লুকিয়ে নিবে) তাহলে তার জন্য এর দ্বিগুণ জরিমানা রয়েছে এবং সে শাস্তিও পাবে। আর যে ব্যক্তি খেজুর চুরি করে এরূপ অবস্থায় যে, তা গাছ থেকে কেটে শুকানোর জন্য আঙ্গিনায় রাখা হয়েছে, তাহলে চুরিকৃত জিনিসের মূল্য যুদ্ধের একটি ঢালের পরিমাণ হলে তার হাত কাটা হবে। বর্ণনাকারী পথহারা বকরী ও উটের কথাও উল্লেখ করেছেন যেমন বর্ণনা করেছেন অন্যান্য বর্ণনাকারীগণ। তিনি বলেন, তাঁকে লুক্বতাহ সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করা হলে তিনি বলেন, জনসাধারণের চলাচলের পথে কিছু পাওয়া গেলে এক বছর যাবত তা ঘোষণা করতে থাকবে। যদি এর মালিক এসে যায় তাহলে তাকে তা দিয়ে দিবে। আর যদি না আসে তবে তা তোমার। আর যে জিনিস অনাবাদী এলাকায় (গুপ্তধনরূপে) পাওয়া যাবে তার এক-পঞ্চমাংশ (যাকাত) দিবে।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was asked about the hanging fruit. He replied: If a needy person takes some and does not take a supply away in his garment, he is not to be blamed, but he who carries any of it away is to be find twice the value and punished, and he who steals any of it after it has been put in the place where dates are dried is to have his hand cut off if its value reaches the price of a shield. Regarding stray camels and sheep he mentioned the same as others have done. He said: He was asked about finds and replied: If it is in a frequented road and a large town, make the matter known for a year, and if its owner comes, give it to him, but if he does not, it belongs to you. If it is in a place which has been a waste from ancient time, or if it is a hidden treasure (belonging to the Islamic period), it is subject to the payment of the fifth
