। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস রাযিয়াল্লাহু ‘আনহু সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সাদাকাতুল ফিতর ফারয করেছেন- অশ্লীল কথা ও বেহুদা কাজ হতে (রমাযানের) সওমকে পবিত্র করতে এবং মিসকীনদের খাদ্যের ব্যবস্থার জন্য। যে ব্যক্তি (ঈদের) সালাতের পূর্বে তা আদায় করে সেটা কবুল সাদাকা হিসেবে গণ্য হবে। আর যে ব্যক্তি সালাতের পরে আদায় করে, তা সাধারন দান হিসেবে গৃহীত হবে।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prescribed the sadaqah (alms) relating to the breaking of the fast as a purification of the fasting from empty and obscene talk and as food for the poor. If anyone pays it before the prayer (of 'Id), it will be accepted as zakat. If anyone pays it after the prayer, that will be a sadaqah like other sadaqahs (alms)
। ‘আওফ ইবনু মালিক (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। একদা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম মসজিদে আমাদের নিকট প্রবেশ করলেন, তাঁর হাতে একটি লাঠি ছিলো। মসজিদে আমাদের এক ব্যক্তি নিকৃষ্ট মানের এক গুচ্ছ খেজুর ঝুলিয়ে রেখেছিল। তিনি ঐ খেজুর গুচ্ছে লাঠি দিয়ে আঘাত করে বলেনঃ এর সাদাকাহকারী ইচ্ছে করলে এর চাইতে উত্তমটি সাদাকা করতে পারতো। তিনি আরো বলেনঃ এর সাদাকাকারীকে কিয়ামতের দিন নিকৃষ্ট ফল খেতে হবে।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Awf ibn Malik:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered upon us in the mosque, and he had a stick in his hand. A man hung there a bunch of hashaf. He struck the bunch with the stick, and said: If the owner of this sadaqah (alms) wishes to give a better one than it, he would give. The owner of this sadaqah will eat hashaf on the Day of Judgment
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম লোকেরা সালাতের উদ্দেশে (ঈদগাহে) যাওয়ার পূর্বেই আমাদেরকে সাদাকাতুল ফিতর প্রদান করতে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। নাফি’ (রহঃ) বলেন, ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) ঈদের একদিন ও দুইদিন পূর্বেই তা আদায় করতেন।[1] সহীহ : বুখারী ও মুসলিম ইবনু ‘উমারের কর্ম বাদে। অনুরূপ বুখারীতে।
Ibn ‘Umar said :The Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) commanded us that the end of Ramadan when the fasting is closed sadaqah(alms) should be paid before the people went to prayer. ‘Abd Allah b. ‘Umar used to pay it one or two days before
। আবূ উমামাহ ইবনু সাহল (রহঃ) হতে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যাকাত হিসেবে জু‘রূর ও হুবাইক বর্ণের খেজুর গ্রহণ করতে নিষেধ করেছেন। ইমাম যুহরী (রহঃ) বলেন, এগুলো মদীনার দু‘টি বিশেষ বর্ণের খেজুর।[1] সহীহ।
Abu Umamah bin Sahl reported on the authority of his father:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited to accept ja'rur and habiq dates as zakat. Az-Zuhri said: These are two kinds of the dates of Medina. Abu Dawud said: This has also been transmited by Abu al-Walid from Sulaiman bin Kathir from Az-Zuhri
