। ইবনু ‘আব্বাস রাযিয়াল্লাহু ‘আনহুমা সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি আমার খালা মায়মূনাহ রাযিয়াল্লাহু ‘আনহার নিকট এক রাত অতিবাহিত করি। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম রাতের সালাতের উদ্দেশ্যে দাঁড়ালেন। তিনি তের রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করলেন, তাতে ফজরের দু’ রাক‘আত সুন্নাতও ছিল। আমি অনুমান করলাম, তাঁর প্রতি রাক‘আতে দাঁড়ানোর সময়টুকু ছিল ‘‘ইয়া আইয়্যূহাল মুয্যাম্মিল’’ সূরাহ পাঠের সময়ের অনুরূপ। বর্ণনাকারী নূহ্ ইবনু হাবীব, তন্মধ্যে ফজরের দু’ রাক‘আতও ছিল’ এ কথাটি বলেননি।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Abdullah ibn Abbas:
I spent a night with my maternal aunt Maymunah. The Prophet (ﷺ) got up to pray at night. He prayed thirteen rak'ahs including two rak'ahs of the dawn prayer. I guessed that he stood in every rak'ah as long as one could recite Surah al-Muzzammil
। মাখরামাহ ইবনু সুলায়মান (রহঃ) বর্ণনা করেন যে, তাকে ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাঃ) এর মুক্তদাস কুরাইব (রহঃ) অবহিত করেছেন যে, তিনি ইবনু ‘আব্বাস (রাঃ)-কে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর রাতের সালাতের পদ্ধতি সম্পর্কে জিজ্ঞেস করেছিলেন। তিনি বলেছেন, একদা আমি মায়মূনাহ রাযিয়াল্লাহু ‘আনহুমার ঘরে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাথে রাত যাপন করি। সেখানে তিনি কিছুক্ষণ ঘুমিয়ে রাতের এক-তৃতীয়াংশ বা অর্ধেক অতিবাহিত হওয়ার পর জেগে উঠে পানির মশকের নিকট গিয়ে অযু করলেন। আমিও তাঁর সাথে অযু করলাম। তিনি সালাতে দাঁড়ালেন। আমি তাঁর বাম পাশে গিয়ে দাঁড়ালে তিনি আমাকে টেনে তাঁর ডান পাশে দাঁড় করালেন। অতঃপর তিনি আমার মাথার উপর তাঁর হাত রাখলেন, যেন তিনি আমার কান স্পর্শ করে আমাকে সজাগ করছেন। অতঃপর তিনি সংক্ষেপে দু’ রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করলেন। প্রতি রাক‘আতে তিনি সূরাহ ফাতিহা পাঠ করেন। অতঃপর তিনি সালাম ফিরালেন এবং আবার সালাত আদায় করলেন। শেষ পর্যন্ত বিতর সহ মোট এগার রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করলেন। এরপর ঘুমালেন। অতঃপর বিলাল এসে বললো, হে আল্লাহর রসূল! সালাত। তখন তিনি উঠে দু’ রাক‘আত (সুন্নাত) সালাত আদায়ের পর লোকদেকে নিয়ে ফারয সালাত আদায় করলেন।[1] সহীহ।
The client of Ibn 'Abbas said that he asked him:How would the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) pray during the night ? He replied: I spent a night with him when he was with Maimunah. He slept and awoke when half the night or one-third of it had passed. He stood up and went to a leather bad containing water. He performed ablution and I also performed ablution with him. He then stood up and I also stood at his left side. He made me stand at his right side. He then put his hand upon my head, as he was touching my ear and awakening me. He then prayed two light rak'ahs and recited Surah al-Fatihah in each of them, and uttered the salutation. He then prayed eleven rak'ahs observing the witr and slept. Then Bilal came to him and said: Prayer, Messenger of Allah. He got up and prayed two rak'ahs, and then led the people in the prayer
। যায়িদ ইবনু খালিদ আল-জুহানী (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর রাতের সালাত স্বচক্ষে দেখার সংকল্প করলেন। তিনি বলেন, আমি তাঁর ঘরের চৌকাঠ বা তাঁবুর দরজাতে মাথা রেখে শুয়ে থাকলাম। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম সংক্ষেপে দু’ রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করলেন। অতঃপর দু’ রাক‘আত আদায় করলেন খুবই দীর্ঘভাবে। অতঃপর আরো দু’ রাক‘আত। তবে এর দীর্ঘতা পূর্বের দু‘ রাক‘আতের চেয়ে কম। অতঃপর দু’ রাক‘আত পড়লেন, এটা পূর্বের দু‘ রাক‘আতের চেয়ে সংক্ষিপ্ত ছিলো। অতঃপর আরো দু’ রাক‘আত আদায় করলেন পূর্বেরটির চেয়ে সংক্ষিপ্ত করে। অতঃপর বিতর আদায় করলেন। এ নিয়ে সর্বমোট তের রাক‘আত সালাত।[1] সহীহ : মুসলিম।
Khalid al-Juhani said:I shall watch the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at night. I slept at the threshold of his door or of his tent. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prayed two light rak'ahs, and then prayed two long, long, long rak'ahs. He then prayed two rak'ahs that were not so long as the two rak'ahs before them ; he then prayed two rak'ahs that were less in duration, than the rak'ahs before them; again he prayed two rak'ahs that were less in length then the preceding rak'ahs; he then prayed two rak'ahs that were less in length than the previous rak'ahs. This made altogether thirteen rak'ahs
حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، : أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ عَلَى عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلَهَا عَنْ صَلاَةِ، رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِاللَّيْلِ . فَقَالَتْ : كَانَ يُصَلِّي ثَلاَثَ عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ اللَّيْلِ، ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ صَلَّى إِحْدَى عَشْرَةَ رَكْعَةً، وَتَرَكَ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ قُبِضَ صلى الله عليه وسلم حِينَ قُبِضَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي مِنَ اللَّيْلِ تِسْعَ رَكَعَاتٍ، وَكَانَ آخِرُ صَلاَتِهِ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ الْوِتْرَ .
। আল-আসওয়াদ ইবনু ইয়াযীদ (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি ‘আয়িশাহ্ (রাঃ)-এর কাছে গিয়ে তাঁকে রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর রাতের সালাত সম্বন্ধে জিজ্ঞেস করলে তিনি বললেন, তিনি রাতে তের রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করতেন। পরবর্তীতে তিনি দু’ রাক‘আত বাদ দিয়ে এগার রাক‘আত আদায় করেছেন। অতঃপর মৃত্যু পর্যন্ত তিনি রাতে নয় রাক‘আত সালাত আদায় করেছেন। বিতর হতো তাঁর রাতের শেষ সালাত।[1] দুর্বল।
