حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَوْفٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُقْرِئُ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْحُومٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الْحُبْوَةِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَالإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ .
। সাহল ইবনু মু‘আয ইবনু আনাস (রাঃ) হতে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম জুমু‘আহর দিন ইমামের খুত্ববাহ চলাকালে কাউকে হাঁটু উপরে উঠিয়ে কাপড় জড়িয়ে বসতে নিষেধ করেছেন।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited to sit on hips by erecting feet, sticking them to the stomach and holding them with hands on Friday while the imam is delivering the sermon
। ‘আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু বুরাইদাহ (রহঃ) হতে তার পিতার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, একদা রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আমাদের সামনে খুত্ববাহ দিচ্ছিলেন। এমন সময় শিশু হাসান ও হুসাইন লাল রংয়ের জামা পরিহিত অবস্থায় আছাড় খেতে খেতে এগিয়ে এলে নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম খুত্ববাহ বন্ধ করে মিম্বার হতে নেমে তাদেরকে নিয়ে এসে মিম্বারে উঠে বললেনঃ আল্লাহ সত্যই বলেছেন, ‘‘তোমাদের ধন-সম্পদ ও সন্তানাদী ফিতনাহ স্বরূপ’’ (সূরাহ তাগাবুনঃ আয়াত ১৫)। আমি এ দু‘জনকে দেখে ধৈর্য্য ধারণ করতে পারিনি। অতঃপর তিনি খুত্ববাহ দিতে লাগলেন।[1] সহীহ।
Narrated Buraydah ibn al-Hasib:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) delivered a speech to us; meanwhile al-Hasan and al-Husayn came upon there stumbling, wearing red shirts. He came down from the pulpit, took them and ascended it with them. He then said: Allah truly said: "Your property and your children are only trial" (Ixiv.15). I saw both of them, and I could not wait. Afterwards he resumed the speech
। ইয়া‘লা ইবনু শাদ্দাদ ইবনু আওস (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি মু‘আবিয়াহ (রাঃ) এর সাথে বাইতুল মুকাদ্দাসে উপস্থিত ছিলাম। তিনি আমাদের সাথে জুমু‘আহর সালাত আদায় করলেন। আমি দেখলাম, মসজিদে উপস্থিত অধিকাংশ লোকই নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম এর সাহাবী এবং ইমামের খুত্ববাহ চলাবস্থায় তারা সকলেই হাঁটু উপরে উঠিয়ে কাপড় জড়িয়ে বসে আছেন।[1] দুর্বল। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) বলেন, ইমামের খুত্ববাহ প্রদানের সময় ‘আবদুল্লাহ ইবনু ‘উমারও (রাঃ) হাঁটু উপরে উঠিয়ে কাপড় জড়িয়ে বসতেন। আনাস ইবনু মালিক, শুরাইহ্, সা‘সাআ ইবনু সূহান, সাঈদ ইবনুল মুসায়্যিব, ইবরাহীম নাখয়ী, মাকহূল, ইসমাঈল ইবনু মুহাম্মাদ ইবনু সা‘দ এবং সু‘আইম ইবনু সুলামাহ প্রমূখের মতে, ইমামের খুত্ববাহ চলাবস্থায় গুটিসুটি মেরে বসাতে কোন দোষ নেই। এগুলো তাদের সূত্রে মুত্তাসিল কে করলো তা আমি পাইনি। ইমাম আবূ দাউদ (রহঃ) বলেন, ‘উবাদাহ ইবনু নুসাই ব্যতীত অন্য কেউ এরূপ বসা অপছন্দনীয় বলতেন বলে আমার জানা নাই।
Ya'la b. Shaddad b. Aws said:I came to Mu'awiyah in Jerusalem. He led us in the Friday prayer. I saw that most of the people in the mosque were the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ). I saw them sitting in ihtiba condition, i.e. sitting on hips erecting the feet and sticking them to the stomach and holding them with hands or tying them with a cloth to the back, while the imam was giving sermon. Abu Dawud said: Ibn 'Umar used to sit in ihtiba position while the imam gave the Friday sermon. Anas b. Malik, Shuraih, Sa'sa'ah b. Sawhan, Sa'id b. al-Musayyib, Ibrahim al-Nakha'i, Makhul, Isma'il, Ismail b. Muhammad b. Sa'd, and Nu'aim b. Sulamah said: There is no harm in sitting in ihtiba position. Abu Dawud said: I do not know whether anyone considered it disapproved except 'Ubadah b. Nasayy
। সামুরাহ ইবনু জুনদুব (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ তোমরা নসীহতের সময় উপস্থিত থাকবে এবং ইমামের নিকটবর্তী হবে। কারণ যে ব্যক্তি সর্বদা (উপদেশ হতে) দূরে থাকে সে জান্নাতবাসী হলে জান্নাতেও বিলম্বে যাবে।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Samurah ibn Jundub:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Attend the sermon (on Friday) and sit near the imam, for a man keeps himself away until he will be left behind at the time of entering Paradise though he enters it
