Surah Al-Jathiyah (“Crouching”) is the 45th surah of the Quran: a Makkan surah of 37 ayahs.

The opening ayahs
حمٓ ١
Ha, Meem.
تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ ٢
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
إِنَّ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَءَايَٰتٍۢ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ٣
Indeed, within the heavens and earth are signs for the believers.

সূরা আল-জাসিয়া (অর্থ: “নতজানু”) কুরআনের ৪৫ নম্বর সূরা। এটি মক্কায় অবতীর্ণ, আয়াত সংখ্যা ৩৭।
