حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " رَأْسُ الْكُفْرِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْفَخْرُ وَالْخُيَلاَءُ فِي أَهْلِ الْخَيْلِ وَالإِبِلِ وَالْفَدَّادِينَ أَهْلِ الْوَبَرِ وَالسَّكِينَةُ فِي أَهْلِ الْغَنَمِ " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১৫. আবু হুরায়রা (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেন, কুফরীর গোড়া হইল পূর্বদিকে। ঘোড়া ও উটওয়ালাদের মধ্যে অহঙ্কার আছে যাহাদের আওয়াজ বড় (কর্কশ) এবং জঙ্গলে (মাঠে) থাকে। আর নম্রতা ও শান্তি ছাগলওয়ালাদের মধ্যে আছে।
Malik related to me from Abu'z-Zinad from al-Araj from Abu Hurayra that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "The head of kufr is towards the east. Boasting and price is among people who have horses and camels. The loud-voiced people are the people of tents (the Bedouins). Tranquillity is with the people who have sheep
রেওয়ায়ত ১৬. আবূ সাঈদ খুদরী (রাঃ)-এর বর্ণনা, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেন যে, অদূর ভবিষ্যতে কয়েকটি ছাগলই মুসলিমদের উত্তম মাল (বলিয়া বিবেচিত) হইবে। তাহারা ফিতনা-ফাসাদ হইতে নিজেদের দীন রক্ষা করার নিমিত্ত পর্বতের চুড়ায় চলিয়া যাইবে অথবা কোন উপত্যকায় গিয়া আশ্রয় নিবে।
Malik related to me from Abd ar-Rahman ibn Abd ar-Rahman ibn Sasaca from his father that Abu Said al-Khudri said that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "It will soon happen that the best property of a muslim will be sheep which he takes to the peaks of the mountains and the valleys, fleeing with his deen from trials
وَحَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنِ اقْتَنَى كَلْبًا إِلاَّ كَلْبًا ضَارِيًا أَوْ كَلْبَ مَاشِيَةٍ نَقَصَ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ قِيرَاطَانِ " .
রেওয়ায়ত ১৩. আবদুল্লাহ ইবন উমর (রাঃ) হইতে বর্ণিত, রাসূলাল্লাহু সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলিয়াছেন, যে ব্যক্তি শিকার অথবা খেত-খামারের হিফাজতের উদ্দেশ্য ব্যতীত কুকুর (অনর্থক) পালন করে তবে তাহার নেক আমল হইতে প্রতিদিন দুই কীরাত সমান ক্ষতি হইবে (কমিয়া যাইবে)।
Malik related to me from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Whoever acquires a dog other than a sheepdog or hunting dog, will have two qirats deducted from the reward of his good actions every day
