তিনি বলেন, আল্লাহ্ তা‘আলা মুহাম্মাদ সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে পাঠিয়ে বলেছেন, ‘‘বল, আমি এর জন্য তোমাদের কাছে কোন প্রতিদান চাই না এবং যারা মিথ্যা দাবী করে আমি তাদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত নই।’’ রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যখন দেখলেন যে, কুরাইশরা তাঁর নাফরমানী করছে, তখন তিনি ললেন, ইউসুফ (আঃ)-এর সময়কার সাত বছরের দুর্ভিক্ষের মত দুর্ভিক্ষের দ্বারা তুমি আমাকে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে সাহায্য কর। ফলে দুর্ভিক্ষ তাদের পেয়ে বসল। নিঃশেষ করে দিল তাদের সমস্ত কিছু, এমনকি তারা হাড় এবং চামড়া খেতে আরম্ভ করল। আর একজন রাবী বলেছেন, তারা চামড়া ও মরা খেতে লাগল। তখন যামীন থেকে ধোঁয়ার মত বের হতে লাগল। এ সময় আবূ সুফ্ইয়ান নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর কাছে এসে বলল, হে মুহাম্মাদ! তোমার কওম তো ধ্বংস হয়ে গেল। আল্লাহর কাছে দু‘আ কর, যেন তিনি তাদের থেকে এ অবস্থা দূর করে দেন। তখন তিনি দু‘আ করলেন, এবং বললেন, এরপর তারা আবার নিজেদের আগের অবস্থায় ফিরে যাবে। মানসুর হতে বর্ণিত হাদীসে আছে, তারপর তিনি এ আয়াত পাঠ করলেন, ‘‘অতএব, তুমি অপেক্ষা কর সে দিনের, যে দিন স্পষ্ট ধূম্রাচ্ছন্ন হবে আকাশ, তোমরা তো আগের অবস্থায় ফিরে যাবেই.....পর্যন্ত। (তিনি বলেন) আখিরাতের শাস্তিও কি দূর হয়ে যাবে? ধোঁয়া, প্রবল পাকড়াও এবং ধ্বংস তো অতিক্রান্ত হয়েছে। এক রাবী চন্দ্র এবং অন্য রাবী রোমের পরাজয়ের কথাও উল্লেখ করেছেন। [১০০৭] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৬০, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated `Abdullah:
Allah sent (the Prophet) Muhammad and said:-- 'Say, No wage do I ask of you for this (Qur'an) nor am I one of the pretenders (i.e. a person who pretends things which do not exist). (38.68) When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw Quraish standing against him, he said, "O Allah! Help me against them by afflicting them with seven years of famine similar to the seven years (of famine) of Joseph. So they were afflicted with a year of drought that destroyed everything, and they ate bones and hides. (One of them said), "And they ate hides and dead animals, and (it seemed to them that) something like smoke was coming out of the earth. So Abu Sufyan came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Muhammad! Your people are on the verge of destruction! Please invoke Allah to relieve them." So the Prophet (ﷺ) invoked Allah for them (and the famine disappeared). He said to them. "You will revert (to heathenism) after that." `Abdullah then recited: 'Then watch you for the Day that the sky will bring forth a kind of smoke plainly visible.......but truly you will revert (to disbelief).' He added, "Will the punishment be removed from them in the Hereafter? The smoke and the grasp and the Al-Lizam have all passed." One of the sub-narrators said, "The splitting of the moon." And another said, "The defeat of the Romans (has passed)
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُؤْذِينِي ابْنُ آدَمَ، يَسُبُّ الدَّهْرَ وَأَنَا الدَّهْرُ، بِيَدِي الأَمْرُ، أُقَلِّبُ اللَّيْلَ وَالنَّهَارَ ".
سُوْرَةُ حَم الجَاثِيَةَ সূরাহ (৪৫) : হা-মীম আল-জাসিয়াহ (الْجَاثِيَةِ) مُسْتَوْفِزِيْنَ عَلَى الرُّكَبِ وَقَالَ مُجَاهِدٌ (نَسْتَنْسِخُ) نَكْتُبُ (نَنْسَاكُمْ) نَتْرُكُكُمْ. الْجَاثِيَةِ ভয়ে নতজানু। মুজাহিদ (রহ.) বলেন, نَسْتَنْسِخُ অর্থ- আমি লিখছিলাম। نَنْسَاكُمْ অর্থ-আমি তোমাদেরকে ত্যাগ করব। ৪৮২৬. আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাঃ) হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেন, আল্লাহ্ বলেন, আদম সন্তানরা আমাকে কষ্ট দেয়। তারা যামানাকে গালি দেয়; অথচ আমিই যামানা। আমার হাতেই সকল ক্ষমতা; রাত ও দিন আমিই পরিবর্তন করি।[৬১৮১,৭৪৯১; মুসলিম ৪০/১, হাঃ ২২৪৬] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৬২, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah said, 'The son of Adam hurts me for he abuses Time though I am Time: in My Hands are all things, and I cause the revolution of day and night
الذِّكْرُ وَالذِّكْرَى وَاحِدٌ. الذِّكْرُ এবং الذِّكْرَى একই অর্থে ব্যবহৃত শব্দ। ৪৮২৩. মাসরূক হতে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি ‘আবদুল্লাহর কাছে গেলাম। তারপর তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ্ সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম যখন কুরাইশদের ইসলামের দাওয়াত দিলেন এবং তারা তাঁকে মিথ্যাচারী বলল ও তার নাফরমানী করল, তখন তিনি বললেন, হে আল্লাহ্! ইউসুফ (আঃ)-এর সময়কার সাত বছরের দুর্ভিক্ষের মত দুর্ভিক্ষের দ্বারা তুমি আমাকে তাদের বিরুদ্ধে সাহায্য কর। ফলে দুর্ভিক্ষ তাদের এমনভাবে গ্রাস করল যে, নির্মূল হয়ে গেল সমস্ত কিছু; অবশেষে তারা মৃতদেহ খেতে আরম্ভ করল। তাদের কেউ দাঁড়িয়ে আকাশের দিকে তাকালে ক্ষুধার জ্বালায় সে তার ও আকাশের মাঝে ধোঁয়ার মতই দেখতে পেত। এরপর তিনি পাঠ করলেন, ‘‘অতএব তুমি অপেক্ষা কর সে দিনের, যেদিন স্পষ্ট ধূম্রাচ্ছন্ন হবে আকাশ এবং তা ছেয়ে ফেলবে মানব জাতিকে। এ হবে মর্মন্তুদ শাস্তি। আমি তোমাদের শাস্তি কিছুকালের জন্য সরিয়ে দিচ্ছি, তোমরা তো তোমাদের আগের অবস্থায় ফিরে যাবে।’’ পর্যন্ত ‘আবদুল্লাহ্ (রাঃ) বলেন, কিয়ামতের দিনও কি তাদের থেকে শাস্তি সরিয়ে ফেলা হবে? তিনি বলেন, وَالْبَطْشَةُ الْكُبْرَى দ্বারা বদরের দিনের প্রতি ইঙ্গিত করা হয়েছে। [১০০৭] (আধুনিক প্রকাশনীঃ ৪৪৫৯, ইসলামিক ফাউন্ডেশনঃ)
Narrated Masruq:
I came upon `Abdullah and he said, "When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) invited Quraish (to Islam), they disbelieved him and stood against him. So he (the Prophet) said, "O Allah! Help me against them by afflicting them with seven years of famine similar to the seven years of Joseph.' So they were stricken with a year of drought that destroyed everything, and they started eating dead animals, and if one of them got up he would see something like smoke between him and the sky from the severe fatigue and hunger." `Abdullah then recited:-- 'Then watch you for the Day that the sky will bring forth a kind of smoke plainly visible, covering the people. This is a painful torment... (till he reached) ........ We shall indeed remove the punishment for a while, but truly you will revert (to heathenism): (44.10-15) `Abdullah added: "Will the punishment be removed from them on the Day of Resurrection?" He added," The severe grasp" was the Day of the Battle of Badr
