। আব্দুল্লাহ ইবনু মাস‘ঊদ (রাঃ) বলেন, ইচ্ছাকৃত হত্যার সদৃশ (কতলে শিবহে আমদ)-এর দিয়াত হলোঃ পঁচিশটি চতুর্থ বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী, পঁচিশটি পঞ্চম বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী, পঁচিশটি তৃতীয় বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী ও পঁচিশটি দ্বিতীয় বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী।[1] সনদ দুর্বল।
Narrated 'Uthman b. 'Affan and Zaid b. Thabit:
The bloodwit for what resembled intentional murder should be forty pregnant she-camels in their fifth year, thirty she-camels in their fourth year, and thirty she-camels in their third year. The bloodwit for unintentional murder is thirty she-camels in their fourth year, thirty she-camels in their third year, and twenty she-camels in their second year
The bloodwit for unintentional murder is in four parts: twenty five she-camels in their fourth year, twenty five she-camels in their fifth year, twenty five she-camels in their third year, and twenty twenty five she-camels in their second year
। উসমান ইবনু আফফান ও যায়িদ ইবনু সাবিত (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তাদের মতে, কঠোর দিয়াত হচ্ছেঃ চল্লিশটি পঞ্চম বছরে পদার্পণকারী গর্ভবর্তী উষ্ট্রী, ত্রিশটি চতুর্থ বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী এবং ত্রিশটি তৃতীয় বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী। আর ভুলবশত হত্যার দিয়াত হলোঃ ত্রিশটি চতুর্থ বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী, ত্রিশটি তৃতীয় বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী, বিশটি তৃতীয় বছরে পদার্পণকারী উট এবং বিশটি দ্বিতীয় বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী।[1] সহীহ।

। আসিম ইবনু দমরাহ (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আলী (রাঃ) বলেছেন, ভুলবশত হত্যার দিয়াত তিন ধরণেরঃ তেত্রিশটি চার বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী, তেত্রিশটি পাঁচ বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী এবং চৌত্রিশটি তিন বছরে পদার্পণকারী উষ্ট্রী, যা ছয় থেকে নয় বছর বয়সী দিয়াত হিসেবে ধার্য।[1] সনদ দুর্বল।
