। ‘আমর ইবনু ‘আবাসাহ (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম (সুতরাহ স্বরূপ) গানীমাতের একটি উটকে সামনে রেখে আমাদের নিয়ে সালাত আদায় করলেন। সালাম ফিরিয়ে তিনি উটের পার্শ্বদেশের একটি পশম নিয়ে বললেনঃ এক পঞ্চমাংশ- ছাড়া তোমাদের গানীমাত থেকে আমার জন্য এতটুকুও বৈধ নয়। আর এই এক-পঞ্চমাংশও তোমাদের কল্যাণে ব্যয় করা হয়।
Narrated Amr ibn Abasah:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) led us in prayer facing a camel which had been taken in booty, and when he had given the salutation, he took a hair from the camel's side and said: I have no right as much as this of your booty, but only to the fifth. and the fifth is returned to you
। ইবনু ‘উমার (রাঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেনঃ কিয়ামতের দিন বিশ্বাসঘাতকের জন্য একটি পতাকা স্থাপন করা হবে। বলা হবে এটা অমুকের পুত্র অমুকের বিশ্বাসগাতকতার নিদর্শন।
Ibn ‘Umar reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying “A banner will be hoisted for a treacherous man on the Day of Judgment, it will then be announced. This is a treachery of so and so, son of so and so
। আবুল জুওয়াইরিয়াহ আল-জারমী (রহঃ) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, আমি মু‘আবিয়াহ (রাঃ)-এর শাসনামলে রোম এলাকায় স্বর্ণমুদ্রা ভর্তি লাল রঙের একটি কলস পাই। এ সময়ে আমাদের অধিনায়ক ছিলেন বনী সুলাইম গোত্রের মা‘ব ইবনু ইয়াযীদ (রাঃ) নামক নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর এক সাহাবী। আমি কলসটি নিয়ে তার কাছে আসলে তিনি সৈনিকদের মধ্যে দীনারগুলো ভাগ করে দিলেন। তিনি অন্যদের মতো আমাকেও এক ভাগ দিলেন। তিনি বললেন, আমি যদি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে একথা বলতে না শুনতামঃ ‘‘এক-পঞ্চমাংশ নির্ধারণ করার পরই অতিরিক্ত দেয়া যায়।’’ তাহলে আমি তোমাকে অতিরিক্ত দিতাম। অতঃপর তিনি তার অংশ থেকে আমাকে কিছু দিতে চাইলে আমি নিতে অসম্মতি জানাই।
Narrated Ma'an ibn Yazid:
AbulJuwayriyyah al-Jarmi said: I found a red pitcher containing dinars in Byzantine territory during the reign of Mu'awiyah. A man from the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) belonging to Banu Sulaym was our ruler. He was called Ma'an ibn Yazid. I brought it to him. He apportioned it among the Muslims. He gave me the same portion which he gave to one of them. He then said: Had I not heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: There is no reward except after taking the fifth (from the booty), I would have given you (the reward). He then presented his own share to me, but I refused
