। ইবনু ইসহাক (রহ.) থেকে অনুরূপ হাদীস বর্ণিত। এতে যতক্ষণ না হায়িয থেকে মুক্ত হয় কথাটি রয়েছে। এতে আরো রয়েছেঃ যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও শেষ দিনের উপর ঈমান রাখে সে যেন মুসলিমদের যুদ্ধলব্ধ পশুর পিঠে না চড়ে (বন্টনের পূর্বে), অবশেষে সে তা দুর্বল অবস্থায় ফেরত দেয়। আর যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও শেষ দিনের উপর ঈমান রাখে সে যেন মুসলিমদের গনীমাতের কাপড় না পরে, অবশেষে তা পুরাতন করে ফেরত দেয়। আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) বলেন, হাদীসের মধ্যে ‘ঋতুবতী নারী’ শব্দটি সংরক্ষিত নয়।[1] হাসান।
The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Ibn Ishaq through a different chain of narrators. This version has the traditional word “a menstrual course” in the phrase “till she is free from a menstrual course”. This is a misunderstanding on the part of the narrator Abu Mu’awiyah. This is correct in the tradition of Abu Sa’id Al Khudri. This version has the additional words “he who believes in Allaah and the Last Day should not ride on a mount belonging to the spoil of Muslims and when he makes it emaciated returns it; he who believes in Allaah and the Last Day should not put on cloth belonging to the spoils of Muslims and when makes it old (shabby) returns it. Abu Dawud said “The word “menstrual course” is not guarded. This is a misunderstanding on the part of Abu Mu’awiyah”
। রুয়াইফি‘ ইবনু সাবিত আল-আনসারী (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। হানাশ (রহ.) বলেন, একদা রুয়াইফি‘ আমাদের সাথে দাঁড়িয়ে ভাষণ প্রদানের সময় বললেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম থেকে যা কিছু শুনেছি তোমাদেরকে শুধু তাই বলবো। তিনি হুনাইনের দিন বলেছেনঃ যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ এবং শেষ দিনের উপর ঈমান রাখে, তার জন্য বৈধ নয় অন্যের ফসলে নিজের পানি সেচন করা। অর্থাৎ গর্ভবতী মহিলার সাথে সঙ্গম করা। যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও শেষ দিনের উপর ঈমান রাখে তার জন্য বৈধ নয় কোনো বন্দী নারীর সাথে সঙ্গম করা যতক্ষণ না সে সন্তান প্রসব করে পবিত্র হয়। আর যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহ ও শেষ দিনের প্রতি ঈমান রাখে, তার জন্যও বৈধ নয় বন্টনের পূর্বে গনীমাত বিক্রয় করা।[1] হাসান।
Narrated Ruwayfi' ibn Thabit al-Ansari:
Should I tell you what I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say on the day of Hunayn: It is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the last day to water what another has sown with his water (meaning intercourse with women who are pregnant); it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to have intercourse with a captive woman till she is free from a menstrual course; and it is not lawful for a man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to sell spoil till it is divided
। আমর ইবনু শুআইব (রহ.) থেকে পর্যায়ক্রমে তার পিতা ও তার দাদার সূত্রে বর্ণিত। নবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ যখন তোমাদের কেউ কোনো নারীকে বিয়ে করে অথবা কোনো দাসী ক্রয় করে তখন সে যেন বলেঃ ‘‘হে আল্লাহ! আমি আপনার কাছে এর মধ্যকার কল্যাণ এবং এর মাধ্যমে কল্যাণ চাই এবং তার মধ্যে নিহিত অকল্যাণ ও তার মাধ্যমে অকল্যাণ থেকে আপনার নিকট আশ্রয় চাই।’’ আর যখন কোনো উট কিনবে তখন যেন সেটির কুঁজের উপরিভাগ ধরে অনুরূপ দু‘আ করে। ইমাম আবূ দাঊদ (রহ.) বলেন, আবূ সাঈদের বর্ণনায় রয়েছেঃ অতঃপর তার কপালের চুল ধরে বলবে। স্ত্রী এবং দাসীর ব্যাপারেও বরকতের দু‘আ করবে।[1] হাসান।
Amr b. Shu'aib on his father's authority said that his grandfather (Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As) reported the Prophet (ﷺ) said:If one of you marries a woman or buys a slave, he should say: "O Allah, I ask You for the good in her, and in the disposition You have given her; I take refuge in You from the evil in her, and in the disposition You have given her." When he buys a camel, he should take hold of the top of its hump and say the same kind of thing. Abu Dawud said: Abu Sa'id added the following words in his version: He should then tale hold of her forelock and pray for blessing in the case of a woman or a slave
। আবূ সাঈদ আল-খুদরী (রাযি.) সূত্রে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন, রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম আওতাস যুদ্ধের বন্দী দাসীদের সম্বন্ধে বলেছেনঃ সন্তান প্রসবের আগে গর্ভবতীর সাথে সঙ্গম করা যাবে না। আর গর্ভবতী নয় এমন নারীর মাসিক ঋতু শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত তার সাথেও সঙ্গম করা যাবে না।[1] সহীহ।
Abu Sa’id Al Khudri traced to Prophet (ﷺ) the following statement regarding the captives taken at Atwas. There must be no intercourse with pregnant woman till she gives birth to her child or with the one who is not pregnant till she has had one menstrual period
